no response when I answered the phone.

So I had answered the call previously and got silence, when I called back the number wasn't in service.  This had happened twice today.  I just received another call about 5 minutes ago, answered and spoke with a young sounding femal who asked to go over some dental plans which I had apparently requested.  When she asked if this would be ok, I said no and she said in a snotty voice, 'Ok, thank you' and the call was ended. I don't remember requesting dental plan information, and if I had, I would think I would receive a call from a number that doesn't claim to be 'not in service'  and one in which someone speaks with you the first time they call.  dunno bout this one

I have been getting calls from this number for three days. Sometimes I pick up and there is no answer, sometimes they leave a blank 3 second voicemail. They called four times this morning!

Morning, Evening, Night, I get calls from: 347-982-0057, 321-283-3546. Also when called back I get a "not in service" recording. This will stop! Consumers need to come together against our cell-phone carriers, that if they don't help us stop these annoying callers that we will switch services to someone who dose {with no cost to the consumers}. Some how those callers are paying to be able to have the "Not in Service" devices. "Paying Whom? is the question" There is a paper trail. Let's take the time out to write to our Congress, News Papers, etc. what ever is needed to put a stop to these devils.

been receiving calls from this number all morning. i dont answer but the calls are coming in like every 30 minutes.

These people have been calling me for the past few days...I answer the phone, and no one says anything, and they hang up after about 2 seconds! I call the number back, and it says the number is not in service?? So annoying!!!

I have received six calls from this number today. On one answers-there is only dead silence. When I attempt to call this number, a recording says this is a non-working number.

I have been getting calls from 1.321.283.3546 for the last couple of days. I answered it a couple of time and no one is there....Know i just don't anwser. I have tried to block number but it still rings in???

Two days last week I received six calls from 1-321-283-3546. These calls have started again this week. I filed a complaint with FTC both days last week. This week I plan to follow-up with my phone carrier in addition to filing a report with the FTC (FTC.gov)each day this continues.
I encourage you to do the same.

Got a call from this number twice today. No clue who it is. Called back and the number was discontinued.

Getting numerous calls from this number - no message left.

I have gotten calls from that number many times. I "believe" ( not sure) it is a computer genrerated call with live operators and they answer  the next available number. If you are called but one of the operators gets a "hit" before you, your calls goes "unanswered".
Or something like that The last time I got somebody they wanted to talk about senior care( insurance)

Same thing everyone else is saying...they keep calling and no answer! A bunch of [***].

No one on the other end or a quick hang-up. "out of service" when I try to call back.

If you have not registered your phone# on the DO NOT CALL registry, then do so. After 31 days on the registry, no telemarketers can call without beign assessed a $$$ fine.

Once 31 days have passed you should file a complaint (every time you receive a call) with the registry.

File an FTC Complaint  right now.

OK everyone, here's what we're gonna do when these annoying people keep calling. Answer the phone "JOE'S PIZZERIA, HOW CAN I HELP YOU?"  or "CITY MORGUE, YOU KILL EM, WE CHILL EM"  That oughta keep them baffled and not calling back!

PROBLEM  RESOLVED-(POTENTIALLY)- The call is coming from American Health Advantage re: medical and dental coverage. After 7 hangups yesterday and 2 today I was finally able to get someone  when I answered. I inquired why so many alls- all hangups- "They didn't know"  Do they use robotic calling- YES I asked where they got my information ( which was accurate) "They didn't know" I then asked why when you call back the number is "out of service" "They didn't know". I continued why so many similar complaints on Google "They didn't know"  I asked to speak to a manager and they gave me 1-800-747-6190. That operator who sounded like she was Miss Happiness on uppers wouldn't let me talk to a manager with the usual answer she was going to hang up on me. because I had a legitimate complaint. My next call was to the State of Florida Consumer Complaints Division 1-877-425-8552. They said they would look in to it. There is no need to harassed by this nonsense. If you expierence the same problems I suggest a complaint to the state. I hope i have been of some help.

Again, same as above. Number disconnected when phone call returned. A gentleman called the other day stating he was returning a call about a medical plan (not insurance) for only $25/month. Basically, it's a 60% "copay" plan that covers EVERYTHING. No deductible. Yada Yada. It's a scam. If that number calls your phone, whether cell or home, don't answer; or if you do, tell them to take you off their list. Oftentimes, there will be no one at the other end.

ALSO, IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE THIS PREVIOUSLY, OR, IF IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A YEAR SINCE YOU LAST SIGNED UP FOR THIS (AND IT IS TOTALLY FREE AND WILL EVENTUALLY STOP ALL TELEMARKETING/SOLICITING CALLS):  

go to http://www.ftc.gov/donotcall and get on the national do not call registry.  This will stop ALL solicitors/telemarketers from calling your home or cell line. Put in every phone number you have, including the area code.  After approximately 30 days it kicks in and last a lifetime. If a solicitor/telemarketer calls you after that 30-day time period, there is a way to report them through the "do not call registry" and the Federal Trade Commission and they can actually be fined -- worth doing; you won't get any money, but they will get hit so hard, they will eventually stop calling. It is illegal.  Now, there is a CAVEAT:  IF you have done business with a company previously, or had called to potentially do business with a company but didn't wind up doing any business with them, they are excluded from this "do not call" venue.  In that case, just tell whomever calls you to remove you from their list.  It is borderline harassment as it is, but simply asking them to remove you should suffice.  If it takes a couple minutes out of your day to tell them to remove you from their list and they don't, and you do it a couple more times (and they don't) just report them.

I keep getting a call from this number. It has not rang long enough for me to answer but it's beyond annoying. I did answer the call once and got dead air. But the past few days I have gotten calls 2 a day and I want it to stop. How do I block this number from calling me?
