These people have been calling my house for the past two days.  It is part of the scam where an Indian male calls and knows some of your personal information leading you to believe that it is legit.  IT IS NOT!!!  There is no legal action against you from any cash advance loan places.  They track you and get you to believe an amount is unpaid so you will give them $$ over the phone.  Once I tell them I am calling my lawyer and the police to file a harassment suit (which you should do!), the phone calls stop.  I demanded they next day air all of the paperwork to my home, but wouldn't give them my address and told them the "debtor" that they are supposedly working for will have it and I expect the information to be Next Day Air'd and I will see them in court.  I never received any paperwork or another phone call.  The worst part about this is they have multiple numbers that they will call from so you have to keep track of the numbers and times they called to file for harassment.

We had been calling you as your petition would have been received from finance company.We have not some but all the informations of debtors as the legal actions are legitimate on them.There can not be the wrong database.Once you show your intention to fight the case at your county,we are not supposed to call you anymore.You will get saphina (Legal Notice) at your mailing address.You might not have received it as your residence could have been changed.You will get saphina once we will track your present address.This is my kind request to you that better take care of the issue otherwise be ready for legal consequences.

You were contacted because we received complain for you. financial institutions can not write off these loans.One can not survive long enough by doing scam.FBI could have detected frauds within few minutes if there was any,  defaulters  like you habituated to twist the issue by reverse complain.but the administration knows the truth.Again I guarantee you that you won't be able to run away with company money.you may not be aware but debtors like you are real burden for local police and county sheriff  office.

This company is a fake and its always some guy with an Indian accent.  They call and call over and over with false claims that you owe money for a payday loan you never received. They insist that "legal" action will be taken but nothing is ever done. They make me laugh with all the lies. I wish they would "send the sheriff" to my door like they claim but they never do. Just ignore their calls or change your number so you don't have to deal w them.

these guys are full of it, contacted me about a "debt" i owe to some place in Mississippi, ive never even BEEN to MS, also stated that it was for a Discover card when ive never had a discover card. Guy was super rude. My dad and I have the same exact name so i asked him and hes never had a discover card either.

Got a couple of call from them today, claimed I had a payday loan, I don't. The guy said his name was Derek Anderson, yeah right, and I'm Derek Jetter. THIS IS A SCAM! When I told him that I would be more than happy to fight it, they bailed out. I will fight any jack ass that tries this crap. And if Jose posts on this, it just proves he's a scamming scumbag.

I received a call from younger man with strong asian accent stating he was from the Federal Bureau of Investigation".  When he would not give me a direct answer, I disconnected. The no is non traceable on several reverse no. look up sites. It is listed under several scam warning site when entered into google search.
