Got a call from this #...caller named Jeff. Stated he was with The Henderson Group/American Income. An insurance company that represents Police, Firefighters, Teachers, Union Companies. Scheduled for an interview for Monday (7/16/12) am @ 110 W. Orange St., Altamonte Springs, FL. Interview is to be with Matt Henderson, owner of the Matt Henderson Group....after reading these posts...there is no way I'm going. SCAM....has anyone actually gone for an interview?

I was told my resume was viewed by the company manager and would like to meet with me November 8, 2012 at 10:10 in the morning.

got a call today from this company American Income asking if I'm looking for employment and wanted info about me. questioned the lady why she would be calling about a job...said her supervisor must have made an error, said thank you and hung up. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I too just received a call from (321) 304-2583.  I'm assuming that this is the same place. Has anyone reported this to the BBB or better yet the police?

Yes, I too receive a call from 321-304-2583. After reading all these scam posts and not finding anything about this company on the internet or job posting sites, I believe this is all the same person(s) and is a scam! Don't be fooled they sound very professional and convincing. I asked what am I being interviewed for and the person gave me a story that we are opening new locations and hiring customer service, sales and marketing.

Received call today. Lady left message and wanted to ask questions regarding my resume. Didn't sound right.

Insurance salesman named Matt Henderson running a scam for insurance sales from an office in Florida. Scam!!!

Yup, just received a call from 321-304-2583 from Chris. He said that after reading my resume, he wanted to schedule me for an interview (8/13/13 @ 9:30 am).  I asked him what company he was calling from and to txt/email me the website. He hesitated, then just said he was the HR Dept from matthew Henderson Group.  He stumbled when I asked what position I was being interviewd for... and said possiblly maybe in our public relations dept, union members... blah blah blah... after reading the following posts, i believe this is a TOTAL SCAM! - Not going to interview tomorrow

I got a call from this # as well. Stating the same info above. I didn't feel right about it. So, I told them no thank you. My thoughts....if someone is calling you to interview at a place you did not apply for...don't trust it lol

Received a phone call from this number today, stating it was Victoria Brown from the Matt Harrison Industry...Stating I submitted a resume...and to call 888-875-7391 and leave a message if she was not available that they would like to interview me for this exciting position and that I am a perfect candidate...I am a nurse for goodness sake!!!

Got the call 5 minutes ago. From reading the posts above looks like I am sleeping in tomorrow instead of being scammed into an aweful interview.  Jared was the guy who called, he was all bla bla bla, I kept asking who I would be working for, he said it's the Matthew Henderson Company.... I don't remember applying to anyone with that name. SCAM. Not going!

i got a call from this number saying i put a resume in, i only posted it so flag there. they ask if i wanted insurance when i said no they just hung up so yea.

My son did to get a call.  They got the tel. # from his resume at Monster.com.  It just didn't sound right!  When he called this number back 321-304-2581 no one answered.  SCAM.  Of course he didn't go to the "job interview."

I just received a call from a women saying they saw my resume on monster.com for some insurance provider of supplemental benefits and labor unions and they are expanding business in Florida and are hiring for all different kinds of positions, she stated the manager is Matt Henderson and he will decide during the interview which position i would be best suited for, after reading the posts, I really wont be wasting my time going. It sounded awkward when I asked her exactly what position I applied for, she started fumbling for words and just repeated the opening line about them being a leading provider of supplemental benefits and due to them expanding their base in Florida are hiring for a vast amount of positions....I definitely wont recommend anyone responding to this if a call is received to attend an interview...especially for a job that you didnt apply for.

I got a call from "Barbara" at this number, claiming to be with Matt Henderson Associates.   She said they got my resume from Careerbuilder and were in the business of offering insurance and benefits to unions.   She set up an appointment for me in 2 days in Tampa.  She said the number in Tampa was 813-982-8788.   However, after reading this and other remarks, I tried to phone her back but each time got a recording saying the voicemail was full and not accepting any other messages.   I phoned the local office in Tampa and cancelled my appointment.   Matthew Henderson has a Linkedin profile, but there is nothing there.  

What a rip off - she said the same thing about careerbuilder and resume but when I told her I was a truck driver and only wanting part time work she hung up on me.

I recently just woke up to a woman calling me basically saying the Henderson company are hiring
It sounded totally legit
But me being me I talked to the lady asking questions like what position ill be doing ..she replied saying customer service
I was like well how much the pay will be for this specific position she tells me 40-60k
Holy s#it that's a lot since im a college student at home with parents..
The lady told me they will only be doing interviews for tomorrow at 10am
So I booked it
But my family raised a bright child so I just googled this Henderson company because it just seemed a bit fishy
And it was a scam
...if it sounds too good ..its not true
