    Called 3 time today I answered 2 times and no one says anything.  I called back once and they said all repersentitives are busy someone will call you back in 24 hours

    If it's a landline and you don't risk missing any emergency, try shutting off the ringer or disconnecting the line, or setting it up so the number doesn't ring if you're able. Look for a call blocking app on a cell. Don't forget these guys run 24/7 365 days a year and don't care about anything but cheating and stealing from the public. As long as you're not answering in any way, they'll eventually get sick of calling numbers that give them nothing. Have to be patient.
