David Andrew Hartley has been using this number to solicit people to invest in his phoney companies.He is a con artist and criminal who has scammed many unsuspecting innocent people for hundreds if thousands of dollars,
PLEASE INVESTIGATE AND STOP THIS CRIMINAL FROM SCAMMING ANY OTHER VICTIMS.

No one here has law enforcement powers.  If you want to make a complaint you need to go to the proper place such as your police department.  I suspect though that this is an attempt at a vendetta post.  It has been reported as such.,

Thanks for the "heads up" Jamie.  This knucklehead has been calling my home phone trying to get me and my girlfriend to invest in his scam investments.  I thought something was up but I'm now convinced.

David Hartley is post all over the internet using a scam that he is stuck in turkey and needs money to go home. He is a con artist and a scammer who's using stolen pictures and passports etc ,

800notes.com is a user-driven forum for people who receive unknown/spam/scam calls.  800notes.com cannot investigate anything or stop anyone from scamming people.  Posting your experience here helps warn others, however, you'll have to contact law enforcement and ask them to investigate.

Now wait, the "other guy" says that he was claiming to be stuck in Turkey and needed money.  Now you are saying that he wants you to invest money?  Why such a big discrepancy in stories?

I've had a similar experience with a man using this telephone number . He is soliciting for funds for his company.

So one web site, which supposedly started out as a "dating" scam?  All the posts ended last year except for the one you added the other day to make it look legitimate, naming this phone number.
So like I said, these posts have been reported to the administrators and it is up to them to decide whether they stay or they go.
Oh and what happened to the original post where he was in Turkey?  He suddenly got out of Turkey and is now in business in this country?

I had many  phone calls from David Hartley wanting me to give him money for his company Hartley Medicals. He said he did business overseas but is now in Palm Bay Florida. He calls incessantly  for money. I say I'm  not interested yet he persists.

We have been receiving calls from this number from David Andrew Hartley who is soliciting funds for his so called business. WE KNOW OTHERS WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY HIM.
HANG UP,Don't give him any money. You won't get it back,
