Called and hung up

Called this morning, and did not leave a message.

6=1=2015  unknown caller on my cell phone.  went to voice mail but no message left.  Display showed Florida, I am in Oregon.

Called , left no message. Florida caller i.d.

Called and left a hang up voicemail. FL caller id.

got a call from this #, when I called it back it said Verizon wireless, # been disconnected or no longer in service, more than likely a scam, left no message.

Unknown caller this morning. Went to VM but no message. ID said Florida I'm in California. Blocked it.

Got a call this AM.  No message was left..

This happened to me today.

The number that they call you from is not the real number they are calling from. It's a fake/spoofed number. That is why when you call it back, it says it's not in service because they pick out of service numbers to use as masks for their operation. Don't waste your time trying to call it back. They just want to see if you pick up the phone anyways, so don't. Block the number. They are scammers and their only goal is to (1) steal your identity and (2) gather personal information about you.

No answer on this- probably a scammer. Comes up as Fl, USA on caller ID. Blocked from my phone.
