Sales call, telemarketer, etc.

Credit card, loan you qualify etc.The government and FTC has to do more to protect Americans personal information. I'm getting these types of calls at my office, my cell and my home. This is crazy!!

Telemarketer robo call.

Called my cell phone at 6:21 AM. RIDICULOUS! Isn't it illegal to call before a certain time of the morning and after a certain time at night?!

It is an illegal robo calling entity.
First it is illegal to call a phone number that is placed on the State of  Florida Do Not Call List. ($500 fine)
Second in state of Florida, illegal for computer to greet you when you answer your phone. ($500 fine)
And the list of fines grows. So just for answering this call they owe me $1000.
There is also a fine just for using a phone still known as a wired device even when it is cordless. This is a federal crime.
There are lawyers now that are advertising for you to contact them and they will handle the case for a percentage of recovery.
Or do I your self in Florida through small claims court. And because the call is received in your home town, they have to come to your city for court.
So have a great day. If you are tired of this then take it to court yourself. The government is not there for your complaint. They just made laws to help you file against these low life's. So go get your money!

Same type of calls over and over. These people must use Google voice and change the number as I have over 300 blocked now.

previously rec'd calls from same area code and exchange...blocked area code...looked up phone logs and see this one tried calling 3 times in a row. Phone never rang. They should give up.

Not only has my personal cell phone number never been associated with any startup business, but it's on a national do not call list, yet this small business loan company continues to call me. If you press 9 like it says to remove your number, the line tells you they are out of the office, which is a complete lie because if you press 1 to get your small business personal loan, they answer right away. I have told this company several times not to call, yet the calls continue. Next time, I'm taking them to court as I just told them after 17 calls in a week. Sick of dealing with this company. Will not tell you the name of their company, just says the owner of the company will give you a personal loan.
