Just called my cell, ever since I've been posting on Craigslist I've had bogus calls and numbers calling and texting me 12/9/13 1:25 pm don't fall for these scammers

Called at 1:22. left no message. I called back, it went to a full mail box.

I got a call from this number,when I answered they hung up! I called back it went straight to voicemail,

Just got 3 calls from this number and no message.  umm....

Appears to be a new "spoofed" caller ID number being used by the "you have won a free cruise" scammers.  They will offer you a cruise, then ask for personal info, like your credit card number, for some reason like "to pay the sales tax".  The instant you give them your credit card number or some other piece of vital personal info, you have been scammed and they will rip you off.  They can max out your credit card faster than you can call your bank to cancel it.  I have to laugh at the person who "let (their) kids yell at the top of their lungs".  The number is dialed in sequential order by a computer, and the message is delivered by a computer.  The computer could care less if your kids yell.

That they are trying to steal from people is worse, but what affects me (as I know better) is that their evil recording keeps hogging my line until it's entirely done.  I can't get a dial tone until then.  I've reported this and all other sales-type/scam calls to the National Do Not Call site.  Are they not getting enough funding?  I wonder if government agencies are allowed to use Kickstarter.  I suspect they'd set a record for funding.
