    I also received calls from that number and they left a message as "please stay on the line, we will now transfer you, please stay on the line!"

    I did a reverse phone look up and I found out that the number came from a cell phone number from LA....very annoying!

    I received a call from this number. The message on my voice number was a recorded voice saying "Please stay on the line. Thank you for your response. We would now like to transfer you to a poll taker for just a few more questions." It repeated this then hanged up. Calller ID just said Los Angeles, CA.

    Caller from Los Angeles. I disconnected my phone from the wall last week. Just got this info from my Optimum account. I'm dumping Optimum as well. It appears they have more interest in the profit from posting Caller ID than they do in protecting their customers.

    I received a call from this number asking me to exchange my existing timeshare weeks for a convention being held by Meinhardt Engineering Group June 23-30 in Cancun Mexico.  Her name was Katherine Young and she offered 3,600 dollars per week and manitenaance fees 750.00.  Finally, she gets to the part where the only money I have to put up front is the exhange fee of 199.00 per week...I told her I wasn't going to put any money up front and she said "We will note that" and hung up...thanks to some others who posted how they got scammed on the internet, I was able to find out about this before it went too far.  Sticking to my old policy if you have to pay money to get money it can't be a good deal.  These people need to get real jobs.

    I blocked the call after I read this forum, and they have tried to call back 6 times!  I don't own a time share and do not wish to share my time.  But my telephone number used to belong to a person that had a time share up until 2008 when I got the number.  I also have had pleanty of calls from other scammers and bottom feeders.  How stupid do they think we are?

    Caller from Los Angeles, CA. No message left. I saw my previous pos, so this is a repeat offender. I unplugged my landline but still post to 800notes from my online records for the benefits of others.

    I told these a*holes that if they called me back I'd file a civil suit in the amount of $10,000.
    That's the fine for someone who repeatedly calls you when you've asked them to not call;
    especially when you're in the Do Not Call Registry.

    Caller from Los Angeles, CA. Only got 5 seconds recorded. Male robo-caller saying "Just a few more questions. Please stay on the line." I saw my previous pos, so this is a multiple repeat offender. I unplugged my landline but still post to 800notes from my online records for the benefits of others.

    Same as the other guy above. $3600 plus $750 in maintenance fees to rent my timeshare for a week, but then they hung up on me. Scammer for sure.

    My callers have been for several months. I finally entertained a full conversation which went almost the same as the comment from Steve. I do own timeshare but they could not tell me where and wanted me to exchange for Hyatt Hotel in Cancun week of August 2013 middle to end of month for an engineering firm. The $3600 + maintenance fee allowance of $750 however unfortunately my maintenance fees are exorbitant and exceed that amount anyway I listened as I do want to rent my timeshare and felt hmmm let me see what this is a scam is and confirm it and block them from calling me almost daily!
    Currently waiting for a contract so I can actually look into small claim harassment suit if the calls continue. I am so grateful for so many diligent consumers sick of the exploitation and phone harassment from fraudulent business operations such as these. Why doesn't someone shut them down!

    Got a call today from Josh with a foreign accent, about renting my timeshare for $3500 and they would pay the maint. fee of $750.  He had us owning in the wrong resort.  Said 10,000 pts would cover a week - not even close.  I asked what his company was - he said  Advanced Services which he stated is an employment agency and that the timeshare renal is just a small part of there business.  Sounded like the too good to be true so I said I would research.  So here I am.  Sounds like they are trying to get our $199 plus possible our credit card info.  If you go for it, have them take the $199 out of the $3500 and send you a cashiers check.  Don't send any money upfront till you get yours.  We've been scammed before.

    We got several calls today and the man with the accent actually got flip with my sister when I was playing with nephew in the other room, he heard me say no no several times to the baby and the caller demanded to know who was standing behind my sister talking! The woman called first about an hour before the man and then just now got a dead air call.
