- Kyliegh RomineIf you get a call from a foreign guy named Steve Martin (323-284-5627) ignore it. He called my parents claiming he was with the US Treasury and that my dad messed up on his 2010 taxes, and IRS agents were coming to arrest him so he could stand in front of the magistrate. Obviously, we knew it was a scam. I called to confront him, same guy answered, and he then threatens me and says that he will send the police to my house to arrest me. I asked him what my address was and my parent's address was and obviously he couldn't tell me. I told him I'd save him the trouble of calling the police, and call my husband who's a police officer myself. He hung up on me.

- CWG40 replies to TerryCall blocker might be of some help. Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd. Or where there is no caller ID. There’s no way to stop the calls from being initiated. Calls originate in India and Pakistan.
