Sent me the text, "SMATMOTN..." followed by a bunch of random numbers and letters.

Got the same thing "SMATMOTN" with lots of numbers and letters at like 11:30PM... no idea what its supposed to be.

Yep, I got the same thing: SMATMOTN followed by a crapload of random characters.

Same text, SMATMOTN followed by numbers. Never had a text like that before.

Same thing today at 5:20pm in Los Angeles

Just searched online for SMATMOTN... and apparently this is tied to the S-Health app... which makes sense because I was just using the app this afternoon... then I rec'd the text...

Makes sense as I had just opened, agreed to terms of use and privacy. Tried to add challenge board widget and groove authenticating

This is in my sent texts and happened right after I updated my OS...

My brand new phone sent a text by itself to a non working number in Houston, TX  it said "STATMOTN" followed by a long string of letters/numbers. I have no idea what it is or why it did that. I had just begun the activation process and even synced the phone with a brand new email so nothing weird could  have transfered from an old account.

STEALTH. Wow. "SHealth" auto corrects to "Stealth." (The dictionary is now assisting dyslexic  people.) That feels appropriate in this case considering, if SHealth is the culprit, the app utilizes a creepy way to communicate it's usage data.  I hate that app anyways.

It's the Samsung S Health app sending a code to set up your device to utilize the "challenge" feature with friends

Same thing here , txt message then weird numbers from this.

This just happened to me in clueles let me know if you got the reason behind it

Message received on iPad 12/1/17 w/long string of alpha & numeric characters resembling code.

The what challenge.  N how do i stop it
