C - 18 Sep 2008Just got the call from this number. Message was negative against Mcain/palin - no words of inspiration about Obama team - just negative dish on Mcain. Obama needs to evaluate this tactic fast. Not working.

jill - 25 Sep 2008I've received a few calls from this number over the past few days. Usually when the Obama campaign calls me they leave a message, but not this number.
Not to mention, I was suspicious that they were calling me from Los Angeles when I live in CHICAGO, I could walk to his national headquarters for crying out loud. Other posts on the actual Obama site say it's a scam. Do not give them money! Stick with donating online. IMHO.

Damn Barack-- I am voting for you and donating to the cause- if your going to use volunteers, get them organized and stop bugging the people who do support you and go after the ones who dont!

Christen - 30 Jul 2008Phone solicitation lists are built from voter registration records and things like that. You can ask to be taken off the call list, they are pretty good about it. They really should be leaving messages though, how odd. I do phones for the campaign and if it's pretty easy to get your number off ;)

mikey - 30 Jul 2008I've received 12 calls to my cell phone in the past week, no messages left. So this is what i get for donating to Obama? I'll never make another donation to his campaign, nor will i vote for him. Well, maybe i'll still vote for him, but it is really annoying!
