Called me and said I am being served with papers because I did a payday loan...and did not pay the fees or whatever.  I did not get a payday loan with
"Cash Advance", never would and want to know why they are hounding me.

I received a call today.

OMG... I received a phone call today saying the SAME THING!... This guy has access to your BANKING INFORMATION, including your card information!.. Please change your banking info with your bank.ASAP!... And report this to the police!... The guy said his name was MARC JOHNSON.

Got this Arabic man with a name Mark Johnson, said that papers were going to be served or arrest warrant would be served at my employment. Guess what Mark [***] Johnson I am disabled, and do not have a job.

got the same call, saying that the has been a lawsuit filed against my social security number.  whatever that means.

I got a recorded voice on my voicemail telling me to call today or "it will not go good for me", same name but did not mention the purpose for phone call.  Based on the information here, will definitely NOT call back.  Be careful about personal information and giving it to people on phone calls.  I'm on the way to the bank and contacting the police.

So I've been getting these calls and very treating voice mails so Ive done my research an it is a scam for some payday loan. So I call back and Mark Johnson answers the phone I told him I was returning his multiple calls and that I had the police present and the call was being recorded. His response F!?k you, F?!k you, F!?k you, you can't touch me........ I've called him every 5 minutes for the past 9 hours and have left so many messages his inbox Is full. I called him again from another number and he told me to
Go to hell.......I will continue to call and piss him off. Pay back is a [***].

A man comes on and says his name is Roy Miller and he is calling from a law office. He sad there were criminal charges being brought against me and my social security number. I don't know who this person is or what this is all about but he has called here 10 times this morning!!!!!

I just received a phone call at work from this Roy Miller guy, I am calling my bank now. Did anything happen to anyones Bank account?

Marc Johnson called me and told me that i had five days to give him my attorneys info an told me that if i didn't then  my local sheriffs office would come to arrest me at my job i called my local sheriffs office and they said that they cant arrest people for civil offense

Got the same message but he has change his name to Logan Stone  now. So be careful...

I too just got a phonecall and I had two unpaid loans from a year ago and recently got a small one and repaid it but now I am scared that they have my bank account and i can't close my account now...because of my direct deposit now I am scared...

I don't like threats or the constant calls I don't want a loan or anything to do with these people or their scams.

The very same thing happened to my daughter today - I called Mr. Marc Johnson and when I started questioning him as to where he was sending these documents that he was filing he got very irate with me and hung up - he actually got my daughter to give him a credit card number to pay off  her loan - as she was trying to do this anyway with the loan company.  And then he told her that the payment would not be authorized by the loan company because she owed more money and he was going to go ahead and file but he would be sending her money back ( fat chance of that I am sure!)  We have reported it as a theft to the credit card company and to the local police.  Please let me know if anyone ever paid anything and got their money back?

I got a call from this number and was given a second number to call 323-761-9109, I got two different names one was Mark Johnson and the second name was Adam Garcey.  When I originally called the second number they gave me one amount that needed to be paid then when I called a second time to get more information they gave me an amount $100.  They informed me that I needed to go buy something called green dot moneypac, which sounds like a prefunded card from what I have read.  The Attorney "Mark Johnson" said that if I did not pay them I would have a sheriff at my place of employment in 1 hour.

i got the same call 5 times today. And when he called the last time I told him he has the wrong number

He called my husbands cell & work #'s both told him that he had criminal charges against him from some check to cash place, we've never used one so we knew is was'nt true, we were concerned that someone had stolen our identity, when I called him back he was very rude and would not answer any questions, he also would'nt stay on the line very long.  I then searched him on line and found this, I then called him back and told him what I found then I hung up on him.  A friend with Federal connections is looking into this for us, hopefully he can get this jerk, and then the sheriff will be on his way to pick him up.mark

this guy is INSANE and will stop and nothing!! he calls my elderly mother CONSTANTLY!! 4:30 AM, 6:30 AM...  all he really does is scream. there is never any effort to even gouge us for $... guess he's waiting till he REALLY wears us down.  this CAN'T be legal. has anyone figured out a way to MAKE THIS STOP???
