Keeps calling my phone when I tell him to stop he says "F-you"

Continuously calls me. Says he's from a loan company. WONT STOP. I have gotten to the point i am filing against this number. I'm pretty sure hes the same person calling from different numbers. If so he is a pervert b/c when i said i didn't qualify for his "pre approved" loans b/c i'm unemployed he offered me a job saying i have a sexy voice and to send him a pic so i can have income for a loan... Gross.

I am getting calls from this #3233668520 Los Angeles so far today 8 calls don't answer and 2 messages I erase, don't know or care because I don't have any debts. So they can keep wasting there time calling nobody at the end of this line if they keep calling bring it on my cousin is a judge and they can deal with higher people, they need to get a better live then to be hasseling innocent people. Jerks, get a honest job.

SCAMMERS FOR SURE.  They have taken $830 from me and no loan.  They are bad news. I have done called the Real Advance America and they are not affiliated at all.  They are posing as Advance America.

Kept one of these idiots on the phone for about 45 minutes. He's called back about 15 times already. It's a complete scam and he's made all sorts of threats against me. Most of them could be construed as terroristic threats. The Feds won't do anything as they cant track them down. The numbers are spoof numbers. When they call, keep them on the phone as long as you can but NEVER agree to sending them money. These folks are criminals and if you send them money, you're just as stupid as they are, moreso I'd guess. They will call wanting to speak with Ashley. When you hear that, have some fun with them. The longer they're on the phone with you, the less time they'll have to rip someone else off.

These idiots keep calling my phone every 15 minutes from a different number everyday.  The guy keeps calling me a f**king b**** and that he is going to come to my city and f*** me.  So I blocked the number from my iphone and continue to call then back.  I told them I am going to call just like they keep calling me.

They call themselves  Cash Advance Payday Loans.  Guy as a strong Indian accent.  Most likely a total scam operation.  Most likely Indian or Pakistani-based.  Ignore this guy.  Ignore all offers of loans over the phone or e-mail. Scam-city!

2.    No reputable lender will lend you money by e-mail
3.    On-line lenders are nothing more than conduits for another loan scam.
4.    Advance fees for loans are always illegal.    At least in most American states.
5.    If  you want to borrow money,  go to an established brick and mortar  lender that has been around awhile.
6.    If you receive a call from someone with an Indian accent either a.  threatening you or b.  offering you something, you know it’s a scam and you should hang up immediately.
7.    These people are predators, the calls are not random, they have information that they have bought from various sources and know your financial history.  If you have ever taken out a pay-day loan, they have all your information.  They know who they are calling.  They like to pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and members of the immigrant community. Also, those who might be in financial difficulty.
