This number just called at 1:40 pm Hawaii time.  I live on K-Bay, but have a Pensacola number.  How they got that number, I have NO idea.  same story though...phone rings and no one is there and they don't leave a message.

This number calls our home in Honolulu at least 4x a day, at varying times throughout the day, and never leaves a message. Tried calling the number back from my cel phone and got the "This Google Voice customer is unavailable" message.

I'm ready to beat the crap out of these people. What gives them the right to invade our privacy and torment us relentlessly? What happened to the Do Not Call list?! Where are our privacy rights?!?!

We're also in Hawaii and have the same problem - multiple calls, no message.  Caller ID says "Los Angeles, CA".  Most recent call 2 p.m. 7/21/2013.

I too have received numerouscall from this number....amy times during the business day as well, not just evenings or weekends. We received three call just today 7-21. I have reported them to the do not call registry...hopefully that is still up and running.....their web site id but i don't know if the programs is still in effect.

been getting phone calls from this number every single day even weekends. I am also in Hawaii.

I also live in Hawaii.  This person has called repeatly for the last several days up passed 10:00pm.  I would say close to twenty times.  I am on the do-not-call list.  This person has never left a message. I will never answer is number.  I don't know who it is, but it's clear that this person is up to no good.

I want whoever this number belongs to, to stop calling my number. They call everyday 3/4x a day. it's  very annoying.

This number called 4 times a day for the last 4 days, and some before that. When I do answer they just hang up. Like a robo call. My nbr is on the do not call list. So much for wishful thinking.

it is a survey about THE RAIL, lol. and there is no opt out option either, it is a recording. they have called me from 7 am to 9:30 pm like 12 times already. I am getting really irratated cause I am also on the do not call list but have time-warner cable service

called 5 times in a row, no one says anything and just hangs up. unhooked my phone line for an hour.

Called me on 7/21/13 during my husband's birthday celebration at around 8 pm. I didn't answer. No message left.

I get calls from 323-388-5832 in Florida-called back and left msg to leave msg next time and they called back in 10 minutes and left no msg. So I called and left another msg-my I am trouble whistle-Time will tell.LMAO

Got called four or five times in the past couple of days. Don't these people have anything better to do?

I also got a call from this number, no one answered me, just dead air.  I am also in Hawaii, in Aiea.

They could've used an alias or are pretending to be someone else. These calls are most likely being generated online, through Google's Voice service, and are overseas. Majority of these types of calls I've gotten were from China (I actually had someone respond a couple of times and they spoke Chinese), but one came from the Philippines (It was disguised as a call from Arizona, but if you look up the number, it can also be one that is being used in the Manila area). They might be testing something, or are hoping to connect to people who also use similar "phone-by-internet" software, where they can then inject a virus/trojan after making the connection.

Receive calls usually between 4pm - 6pm &  with no response.  This caller is so bless......!

Just got the call. It's a recorded survey.

4 times today already. Didn't answer it. We live on Oahu as well.
