My brother gets a call asking for a Floyd Johnson. Once he states that he is not this Floyd person they get extremely rude and disconnect. We are not able to call the number back

Called my number left no message. not going to worry.

I missed a call from this number.  I tried to call back, but no one answered the phone.

Got a call from this number about 5 mins ago, sounded kind of shady so decided to look it up. I did answer and the gentlemen by the name of: Ron Johnson told me he has a summons for me to appear in court and if someone will be home so he can serve these papers...........WAIT what I said who calls someone to let them know they are going to be served stupid right....... yeah anyways so i decided to play his game so I go okay what does this pertain to after him saying I can give you the case # and the telephone # where they can answer all your questions he gave me: (877) 214-1813.......... NOBODY answers it just keeps saying The person at ext 276 is on the phone....... seems kind of strange to me!!

Called to today to say they would be sending a legal notice to my house on Monday.  These are the same illegal scam artists known all over the web.  When I told caller them  am aware of scam techniques, she started laughing.  Time to hire an attorney and sue these people!

called said they will be serving me a summon to appear in court on Monday. Can't tell me why because the envelope is sealed for my protection. to call 1877-214-1813 and they will tell me all about it. what in the world!

They have been calling my number since Summer of 2013 stating same thing, I no longer answer my phone, they no longer leave messages..... huge scam........ if it were true, they'd know the address to deliver to!

Wow! Did they really have your social?!? This number has been calling over and over for weeks. No message. Really annoying. I hope they don't have my info!

I have been getting repeated calls--today from this number, but other days it can be a different number.  All calls are threatening me that papers are going to be served on me at home or at my job and they will contact family members.  All of this is scare tactics, to get money that you don't owe.  These people are bottom feeders-it's so sad that people have jobs like this-I would be so embarrassed to know this is what I call "my job".  You try asking them where they are located or ask them any kind of question and all of a sudden you'll find that they have disconnected you...they don't want you to be able to find out their location--and why?  Because they are illegal.   Best thing to do is not deal with them at all and save your time for better things.  

Same thing.. They kept calling.so I called back. They kept me on hold for a few. So when they got back to me. I gave them a piece of my mind. And let them knw that they were all over the internet for scamming. Don't play with me!!!

This is the name they are using this week from this number. The same routine has been tried with me for more than two years now different names and different numbers. Always state that this is the number "she" provided. Caller identified himself as "Al" Civil procedures division. I've gone to the trouble of tracing these calls through numerous layers of lies. the bottom line is they are scammers and will clean out your bank account if you give them numbers.   Phone service providers can't seem to stop the activity. Sheriff's office can't or won't act. Local police referred me to Crime stoppers, who referred me to the local law enforcement office who said it was up to the state to do something. State police said they'd research the matter and get back to me. Sigh! Now I just block the call numbers as they come in so maybe I won't have to get a second call from that number.
