Just odd.

They claim to be salespeople from a generic sounding business called the "Home Design Center", but they hang up on you as soon as you start asking them legitimate questions.  They also call repeatedly, even after being asked to stop calling.  These people will drive you crazy with repeated calls and they need to be investigated for the way they continue to harrass people despite many attempts to get them to stop calling.

I got a call from a similar number (323)450-0599 claiming to be from the same generic business "Home Design Center".   The caller was very pushy and anxious to come to my home for a free estimate!   Sorry but I don't invite stray dogs into my home ever.

I get 1 -2 calls per month from this "Home Design Center".  Tell them I am on the "Do Not Call" list, they tell me they will remove my name from their list, but just keep on calling.  Very annoying!!

They called 3 times in the span of two minutes and threatened me, my wife and my four year old claiming to have our address. I filed a police report and they had a trap placed on our line.

I received that same call this morning!  My phone reported the call was from Home Design Center 323/ 4501142.  My number is unlisted and when I asked her where she got it, she said they have a list.  She went on in a pushy manner, but I kept interrupting asking her how she received the list and she was evasive. I then told her I wasn't a home owner and she hung up on me.

I tried *69ing and the number is not in service.

This has got to be a scam. These people have been calling me off and on for several YEARS and they now call twice a day! Slightly different telephone numbers and their caller ID is either blocked or has phony number, but same old pitch. I've heard they want to get an appointment to get into your home. I try to get as much info as I can before they start cussing or hang up and then I report to both the Do Not Call Registry and the FCC.  I've also heard that you can sue them for $500 for each call for violating the Do Not Call Registry. I'd make a mint off these guys! The phone numbers I've been able to trace belong to Crown Home Center at 1800 Robertson Blvd, #408, Los Angeles CA 90035, owner Benyamin Hassidim. Tel# (310) 590-1754

Home Design Center is a scam....the fact that they are rude harrassers is the least of it.  Likely, they are getting information from homeowners so that they can get access to people's homes under the guise of "home design".  They call constantly and even if you ask them the simplest question, they hang up on you.  The numbers that appear on caller id are fake...when you call them a recording says that number is not in service.  When you dial *69 you just get a busy signal.  They're not just pushy salespeople...they are criminals.

I like what LBailey said....sue them for $500 for each call for violating the Do Not Call Registry.

These people keep calling me after I have asked them to please remove me from their call list. The two numbers that have shown up on my called ID are 323-450-1121 and 323-450-1140. I have filed two complaints with the Do Not Call list. How do we get them to stop calling?

I told the woman immediately that my number was on the no call list, and she said she can take me off the caller list they have, but she can only do that if she inputs data into the computer stating if I am a homeowner or rent an apartment.... WHAT??? How stuoid do these people think we are? Then I asked for the business name and corporate phone number and she said straight up: "I aint givin' you that!" - and she had a very bad attitude... Well, this was just the drop that made the barrel overflow.... I am going to find out more about this company!

If you call, be sure to ask for a written copy of their do not call policy -- they said they don't have one ( in which case that is another $500 violation of the TPCA).  I need to make a few more calls to try to wheedle out a mailing address... at which point I do plan on suing.

the address that "Tina" gave me was 3151 Cahuenga Blvd #200 Studio City CA (who knows if thats even true).

They are driving me crazy! They won't stop calling me! They are so pushy I have resorted to screaming at them! Help!

Got another call sunday at 8:47am from them again, wtf!

Several months ago I purchased a home. I received several "magazine" type ads for homeowner services. When I needed a small roof repair I call Unique Home Design, among others. Shortly after that I received calls from several contractors that I never called, but were also in the book. That was 4 months ago.

Now, in the last 6 weeks I have received over 25 calls from Home Design Center. When I dug out the old ad I discovered it was sent by Home Design Center. Evidently they buy lists of new homeowners and hope they respond to the ad, so they can sell unlisted phone  numbers (my cel) to sleazy contractors.
