This phone number belongs to Palisades Collection in Southern California.  They are debt collectors trying to collect a debt.

A supposed debt collector asking for someone not here.  CID said OUT OF AREA.

Do yourselves a favor folks and get a call blocker.  Sell a kidney and/or first-born if you must. :-)   I used money that I might have otherwise contributed to a political party or charity.  After the constant calls, I decided to put the money to better use.  The resulting absence of annoying calls is worth it.

We should not be getting calls from any debt collector.

We have no over-due debt for which we should receive any such calls on a Sunday evening.

Well Palisades Collection is also named Asta Funding  in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey
They are calling from 201-308-9271  and 323-503-4119 ..
Recording states that they are trying to collect a debt...???
I've written a certified letter of Palisades/Asta in another state, but now they are going UNDERCOVER to trying to collect money FROM A DEAD PERSON.
They will NOT answer my letters requesting copies of the original invoice or signatures or anything. They just keep passing this around and in the state of CA , the legal time to collect on a debt is 5-7 yrs and this is NOT mine.

I have a credit rating of 797 and still they call.

They are looking for a family member almost 2000 miles away. They leave an automated message.  I don't make threats online, but get one more an I'm able to talk and that person will feel badly.

Automated number looking for P M Baird. Have received calls for the last 4 months from these guys. I'm not home and yet they keep on calling me looking for this guy.

1 323 503 4119 do not have the right to call me, I do not owe anyone any debt.
As of December 2010, it is now a felony to call anyone for a debt to collect.

This number keeps calling my friends house. They have no right calling this number. The company is Pallisades. It is suppose to be a collection co.

Mine is 812 and husband's is over 800. We get 8=10 collection calls a day from some 4,5, or 6 companies and have for some 3 years. I used to answer to try to tell the caller we weren't who they were looking for by having them give me the last four of SSN of the person they wanted and the month/year of birth of the person they wanted. It still doesn't stop them. I finally got a telephone that blocks 30 numbers at a time and stopped answering calls from numbers I didn't recognize and turned off voicemail so no one can leave a message. I am at the 30 limit every day and at least once a week I have to delete a number that's been blocked for a while so I can add a new number. Short of canceling my land line that I've had for 10+ years, I don't know what else to do because I'm not going to talk to any of the bogus callers.

Continued calls ( 6 + months almost daily) for a debt owed by someone I don't know. Contacted the agency and explained I don't know who they are looking for and to please quit calling my house. I was assured my number would be removed from their list but within 24 hours was left another message from the company. Finally I have reported them to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Hopefully I will see some results.
