Received a phone call from this number, person claimed they were from some sheriff's office and were looking for some guy named Daniel and wanted to know if someone was going to be home to accept legal documents from a deputy for this person.   When I told them that the person gave them a wrong phone number she became very snotty and told me that I could just speak to the sheriff about it when they got to my house.  I said, you don't have my address.  She claimed that they had the address from the phone number and hung up.  

Got a call (they called every day last week, too) using this number (the other calls all came from different numbers) saying that they wanted to know if someone would be home to accept papers from the sheriff's department. I told them that I already talked to someone about this and that if they called again, I was going to have them served with a cease and desist order, that the calls were now considered harassment. I did ask to speak t a supervisor and that's when the caller hung up. Oh...and I am a retired deputy sheriff, so next time, I will just tell them to go ahead and send them to my house. I love talking to fellow cops. Then I can take out a complaint against them, instead. Last week, it was a man who said his name was Derrick Boyd, today it was a woman.

Have been receiving calls from this number for well over 2 weeks now. Always stating I was just calling to verify someone will be there to accept legal papers on behalf of "XYZ". I stated yes someone will be here and hung up. Now they're constantly calling and when I told them it was harassment and asked to speak with a supervisor they hung up. This last time I told the lady to stop call my house and send whatever they were going to send. She then said we are trying to process this matter before it gets to court and wanted me to call a number. So I told her we've paid all of our bills and I was not interested in a company who can even give me a name. Then she stated the company was service processing and if I called the number the matter could be handled. I wish someone would give me a physical address so I can serve them some "real" legal papers...
