On 8/17/09 at about 1:10 pm I received a call from a rather brusk woman asking for my husband by name. When I said he wasn't available and asked if I could take a message, she rather sarcastically said, "No, thank you." I then asked who was calling and she hung up.  I did a reverse search and the number comes up as a land line our of Los Angeles, CA (we live in WA) but with unpublished owner details.  Interestingly, I looked for it on WTF Calls and found that someone else had left a note about the exact same thing happening in July of this year.  If anyone finds out who this is or knows, please post it somewhere so maybe she'll stop annoying people.  Thanks.

9/17/09: a brusque man asked for my husband, by first name only. Then asked if this was his home or office number without identifying himself. When I asked "who is this?" he answered, "CTI." I asked what they do and he answered "we're a technology company." They call a few times a day.

Received a call today (03/04/10) from a guy who curtly asked to speak with "Dave" (the owner/boss.)  I told the caller that David did not work in the office, that he worked on the road.  I then asked if I could take a message and the guy mumbled that he would try again later.  (Apparently, the caller is not very bright because I had just told him the boss works on the road so what good is calling again later going to do??  He'll still be on the road.  Duh!)  Before I could explain this, the guy hung up.  I tried calling the number back but only get a busy signal.  This is obviously some kind of unwanted cold call.

We keep getting calls from this phone number.  We have ask them to take us off their list but they keep calling.  The person who called today, 2/14/11 said his name was Dave.  I ask him to take us off his list he said he will try.  I said do not try, do it.

Your congressman voted to approve these people can call and harass you legally. Please call your congressman to complain, ask them why they voted to approve it. They will lie and say congress did not approve it. But they did. They also let foriegn telemarketers call you leagally. Now why wold they do that. It is no longer about the voters but big business.

You do not have to owe them money congress said it was Ok to call you as many times a day as the want and as many days. I have to wonder what are corrupt politians got out of this law they passed????

My fancy new phone logs every number that calls.     Every week for the last 4 weeks, I've had to delete CTI numbers.  Today the caller asked for the husband again by first name.   When I asked who was calling he hung up on me.     I called redial,  He hung up on me when I asked to be removed from the calling list.   So I rang back again and again, and again, and again.    Every time he hung up on me.    How rude!    "Please don't hang up; let me talk to your manager." Click.   Technology company;    Probably selling Solyndra.   I wouldn't buy anything from these people now.
