Did Not Answer.....Have no idea who this is

Man said he was from CTI. Asked for ****. I explained that she is 91 years old and can not talk on the phone. He wanted to know if I was in charge of her finances. I explained that I was not interested in talking to him. Asked him not to call again.
I have received at least one call every day since then (several weeks now) with a hang up when I answer.

These people call and hang up on your face. They may have a lot of free time to be constantly doing this.

I have received several calls from them.  Each time, a man gives me his name and says that he is calling because in the past I expressed an interest in trading stocks.  I tell each of them that I have never expressed such an interest and that he should not be calling because I am on the Do Not Call registry.  Each time the person says he will update his list, but they still call about once a week.

Caller says he's Jay Rollins.  Number shows Los Angeles address.  Same MO, they call, they cite automated stock trading product.  Subsequent calls are daily and typically they hang-up when we pick up.

I hope to travel to California sometime soon.  I will do my best to kill whoever's on the other end of the line there.  I'll do 'em slooooowwwwwwly too - slice 'n dice.  The [***].  

Can't imagine they're up to anything good.

what ever you do do not phone this number back it dials then changes to a number of beaps and you will wait forever, while this computer rings up the charges of 2.99 per minute the more you wait the more it charges you...then you get a bill....list this number with your attourney /generals office and the state which it is listed under.

I've been getting one call per day for weeks.  No one on the other end.  I call back and it rings and rings; sometimes it's busy.

We were getting calls from this "company" several times a week a few months ago.  At first, when I answered, a rude man asked for my husband insisting that he had requested information from them, which he never has.  When I asked if I could take a message, he hung up on me.  What followed were several days worth of calls from CTI with either a hang up or no mesage.  The calls finally stopped for a while, only to begin again yesterday from this number which is different from the previous numbers.  I tried calling the previous numbers before, getting either a busy signal or no answer.  I have no desire to call this one.  Our number is on the Natioanl Do Not Call list, but I'm sure that means nothing to these people.  I have submitted a complaint with the National Do Not Call list agout the calls from these phone numbers, but I don't know if it will do any good.  I'm tired of being harassed.

No answer after 3 rings

This company calls everyday and hangs up when I answer and question them as it has been noted by others.

Man was very rude asked for my child I called back to see who this was and he told me he did not call my home when I know I hit redial on my phone.

CTI called me too. They said my name, I said yes, and they hang up. What a bunch of losers.

I just got a call from whomever from this number with area code 323.  I let it ring but no one is leaving me a voice message.....2nd call in a row same time around 12:45 p.m. .....again I did not answer.  Do not recognize number.  I figure it's a prank caller.

CTI continues to call on a regular basis for the past several months. Often times they will hang up right after picking up or when they sense that I'm not interested. Their website is http://www.cticrm.com/. I just now wrote them an email (sent to us@cticrm.com and ph@cticrm.com) telling them to stop calling. If they continue to call I will report to FTC. I encourage everyone to do the same.

Same story: Caller ID comes up CTI
Caller says "May I speak to Mr. ****" and when I tell them he's unavailable may I take a message, he said "No, this is Mark, I'll call him again next week" and hung up on me.  Tried to call back, rang forever then got a message "the caller is not available and you will now be disconnected"

I am with CTI or California Teleservices Inc.   This number is not associated with our call center what so ever.  Our number here is 1.877.999-9284 and we do not make calls to people as described above.  If you feel this is coming from our company please call this number and ask for Ernie Mitchell.  I will trace your number back to our data base to make sure it is not us doing this.  Of the complaints like this to date none have been from our company.

I've been getting repeated calls from CTI at 323 545 9513. The only time anyone spoke to me was today and when I tried to ask about who was calling and why they were calling so much without speaking to me -- he began to speak abusively. I hung up.

Hey just a suggestion guys but maybe the trick is to keep them on the phone and act interested as long as possible keep them on the line and then after they waste a lot of their time just tell them "no I don't want your product but since you continue to keep calling I decided that you must really be lonely and want to talk a lot. Therefore I decided to give you as much time as you wanted in the hope that you'd be satisfied once and for all that I'm not going to buy from you even if I hear everything you have to say.

then tell them "feel free to call as often as you want and I'll be happy to let you talk a lot until you've wasted as much time on me as you need to in order to blacklist my phone number and never call again.
