Called 7/17 @ 10:29AM - did not leave message - most likely a telamarketer

I picked up but did not say anything - call disconnected right away
Second call from supposed Directory Assistance - not aware that they called anyone

Selling home improvement. I told her I already did everything. She said "You be fool'en me"

I just received a call form this number. I didn't answer because I figured it was a telemarketer as the phone only rang 4 times before the caller hung up. The number has been added to call blocking.

These people sound as educated a desperate crack head and I'm trying to be as polite as possible here. If they are home builders, I wouldn't trust them to put together two legos. They call daily and they're mean and nasty. So excuse me if I treat them the same way. They always insult you when you tell them you're not interested and when you try to tell them to take you off their list, they hang up before you complete the sentence so they can call again tomorrow. I tried to get them to tell me their company name. The last moron said "Why should I answer anything to someone I didn't call?" He wanted to speak to my husband. (I own the house). "Hey Genius, why do I have to answer you? I didn't call you either". Of course he hung up as I said to remove us from his list.

Just got a call from 323-555-4411. I answered with "hello", then repeated this a couple of times. No response. So I told whomever was at the other end of the phone line what he/she could do to himself/herself and hung up. I figured they would understand that kind of language. To my knowledge, this is the first call I've received from this number.

If you are trying to scam someone, I would suggest that, at least, you become a bit more creative!  HELLO!
Obviously, I did not answer - NML - have blocked their future calls.
We have the Panasonic phone system that blocks 250 calls and on the same line we have the digi tone call blocker that blocks entire area codes.
They work wonderfully together!  
The digi tone blocker blocks area codes from across the USA and the Panasonic blocks the local scam calls.
Our phones do not ring when a blocked call comes in - so nice!
Please buy a call blocking phone or device - they work and they are inexpensive!

Call came in on my home land line... I did not answer call, I didn't recognize the number.  Only their # showed in the caller ID area, no name at all... no message left either... hmmm... another telemarketer perhaps... :/

This spoofer / scammer phoned this afternoon, but left no message when the call rolled to voice mail.  This pattern is typical of robocallers -- telemarketers using automated dialers -- to troll for victims.  In the process, they sppof their identity with something such as "directory assistance" to fool the recipient into thinking it is a legitimate call.

Do not become a victim of these scam telemarketers.  Never answer calls from an unfamiliar number.  Do as jetames advises (see above) and get yourself a phone with a built-in call blocker, then add this number to your "do not ring" list.

Received a call from this number with no ID and no message. They're blocked now.

scammer called; didn't answer it; blocked this number from future calling!

I never used to get telemarketing calls.
Now since May 2014 I'm getting three to four per day.
Anybody have an idea about the reason for all this recent activity.

BLOCKED them now.....
