I have had two phone calls within the last few hours with an automated voice saying that they (Nicole) are from the IRS and need to have me or my attorney call them back right away on an urgent matter. If I don't they will take matters in their own hands.

If I don't they will take matters in their own hands. When I called back it said this wireless caller could not be reached. Then today another call and I called back a man answered with a strong accent could hardly understand him and he was saying more of the same . got very bad and said the police will be at my house within the hour because I have a law suit against me from the IRS for fraudulent taxes in 2013 & 2014. I told him we filed with H&R Block. We never received anything in the mail and he claimed it was sent certified. He need my name to pull my few and the phone number I received the call on and my address and last 4 of my social security. I told him to read them to me and I would confirm if it was correct or not and he said it doesn't work that way and that the police where going to be sent within the hour, to arrest me.

The caller reads out an affidavit with the below and scares you stating
there are 3 allegation against you
1. volition of federal rules
2. tax deficiency
3. stealing tax from the US government
Asks you for your Social Security Number and Address .Please do not share this info at any cost.they will end up taking money from your account
They even say that you will be arrested.I got sacred and online after checking this blog I was relaxed.

I have had this number call me each day this week at about the same time I have sent it strait to voicemail it is a irs for something but I've used h&r block since I was 16 i will and you should block the number and don't give out your info it is a scam

For the love be of God, please file a report with the FTC so they can get this one shut down!

I received 3 calls from this number over the past 2 days where they left messages about IRS, taxes, etc... It has happened in the past so I called the number back and asked what this is. The guy asked me for my number and I said just tell me what is up. He started to talk and I told him he was a scumbag scam artist and they need to stop doing this to innocent people. I dropped the F Bomb a few time at him and he called me a Mother F*#* 2 times and hung up.
Just for some ;laughs (and to do what they do) I called the number right back and the same guy picked up. Before he could talk I told him he was a scumbag scam artist and dropped the F Bomb again at him and he replied back with the same "You Mother F*#*" to me. After about a minute of me laughing, because I know I pissed him off by answering the phone again,  I called it back and it rang 1/2 a time and then went to busy signal. I tried a few more times over the past hour and same 1/2 ring and busy signal. I now look at it as a game that if they call me I talk and then try to piss them off and so far it works. It is all a SCAM so nobody be upset or worried.

I just received 3 voicemails on my cell phone (which I never give out except to family) claiming to be the IRS enforcement department.  My story is the same as all the ones above...I was told I had 3 infractions, wanted lawyers information or 500.00 immediately to keep my current payment plan (which is not in arrears) with the IRS going.  I told him I would pay 500.00 as soon as I received something in writing from the IRS.  He stated 3 certified letters had been sent to my house as well as message to pick them up at the post office.  When I demanded they send them again we suddently go disconnected.  Soooo, I called back 323-825-3061 and amazingly enough the same guy with the same accent answered and knew immediately who I was.  Again I demanded paperwork and again we became disconnected.  I immediately called the IRS but just has it has been for the last several months was unable to speak with anyone "due to high call volume".  Interesting that I can get this guy but can't get the IRS.  SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I just received 2 also...... I did call back but told the fellow with broken English I can't trust him calling my cell !!!!  He sounded distressed lol

Same series of calls (4-5 today - both mobile/landline) as described in recent thread - caller is Nicky Johnson - officer with the IRS - etc.

I have filed with ftc complaint assistance.

P.S. I like the idea of the reverse harassment someone mentioned....!

Same deal, but I find it good therapy practicing my cuss words on them.  I did give them my phone number and the guy on the line told me my home address. I told him, "you must be rocket scientist, stupid."
Now I'm calling back every few minutes asking "se habla español". They don't, and I don't.

My mother has received a few calls from Nicky Johnson at the IRS and left a message it was urgent to get in touch with them.   I called the number they left from my office and a Man answered IRS Investigation....I just said I was sorry but I dialed the wrong number...before I hung up, he was insistent that I gave him my name so he could check my name...but
I told him I dialed the wrong number....once again he asked to let him  check my name...I laughed, told him this was
a scam...and hung up....I called my Mother and told her not to take any calls from this number.

I received a call from a caller named Johnson stating he/she was with the IRS and it was urgent I call back immediately or action would be taken against me.  I knew it was a scam and did not call back.

My husband received 2 phone calls from this number on his cell phone . He doesn't pay much attention to these kind of calls only thing he told me it was from the IRS and it is a scam. How do you block them out on a cell phone?

Got at least 4 calls from these clowns.  They also used another number 415-599-2994
Decided payback time so set up my printer/scanner/fax machine to answer the phone calls and then call them back trying to send a blank fax.  They have been out of action on those 2 lines for at least an hour (busy signal).
Who knows how many lines they have.

Well, they must know we are all on to them! I received a call 3 days in a row from (323) 825-3061 from a robo chick telling me she was from the IRS and I needed to call back and not ignore the call. today I did call back, some middle eastern idiot answered and I said who is this, he said "The IRS" I said..what do you want, he said"One noght alone in your room" then I said..go F$%^ your camel, then your mother and then go kill yourself!

We got 1 this morning from 323-825-3061 and 1 from 415-599-2994 on my husbands cell phone. He decided to turn it off since he does not use his cell very much.

This number was sent to a pogo gaming site saying I was being sued, lol. First off sending it in a message on my pogo game site is so stupid. Since I do not talk to people on the site this was a bogus comment to start off with. Do not fall for this. IRS will not call you, POLICE will not call you for a warrant, SOCIAL SECURITY will not ask you for your Social security number if they call. Don't be a victim of these scum bags
