I just received a call from this unknown #. CID = Wireless Caller. Based on the earlier post, it is clear to me that it was not a mis-dialed #. Blocked!

Trolls stop calling me

The caller, Out of area ( displayed as ID on  our phone ) called us 11:26 A.M. 09.01.2015> We don't answer "unwanted call", Also I missed the call. I returned the call hiding our number, a lady message:" Welcome to Verizon Wireless, the number is been disconnected or ....etc."
According www.800notes.com, the caller started to use this number around 08.27.2015. We received too many "out of area " calls, even same area..

Answered call but no one there, waited until line went dead.  Robocaller.

scammers called; didn't answer it and blocked this number from future calling.

Caller ID referenced this number as "OUT OF AREA".  Did not leave a message.  Been getting too many of these calls.

So totally sick and tired of all these robo-calls.  Asking to be put on the do not call list does less than nothing.  Some of the callers have gone as far as actually listing a "person's" name with the number.  Doubt they even exist.  I answered this one and got dead air - wish I could "reach out and touch someone".....

Let them call, I now have caller I.D. I have since unplugged my telephone, and only replug my phone when I need too.

11:29 AM - didn't pick up, no message left. This is about the 6th call I've had so far today, making up for no calls on Monday, I guess.

Another"wireless caller" to deal with.  My CID is full of blocked calls and the hits just keep on coming.   I don't answer them and they of course don't leave a message.   It is maddening!

Oh goody - another number to report to no mo. They called 4:19 pm today, of course no message left.

I told the clown that I'm on the Federal Do Not Call list ... he said "Okay, now you're on our Call Frequently list." Eventually these fools will go broke by calling the same people again & again & again (who'll NEVER fall for their scam or ever buy something from a cold-caller).

calls allot. this one is on 9/10/15 at 3.33 pm. id just says California. machine call blocked.

A call arrived from this Los Angeles cell number today.  When the call rolled to voice mail, the caller left no message.  This behavior is typical of robocallers who use automated dialers to place calls.  If a live person answers, the dialer transfers the call to a live telemarketer.  Clever, eh?

According to tel2name.com this number is associated with Darleen Lien.  Since I neither know nor do business with this person, odds are the caller is an illegal telemarketer.  The experience of other posters, including my neighbor, Tiger, Ventura County, seem to confirm this suspicion.
