Hung up when I answered.

Got a call from this number - refused to identify themselves.  Addressed me by my name.  I asked their name - wouldn't tell me.  Asked how they got this number - guy hung up on me.  
Made a complaint to the Do Not Call List as my number is listed.  

Caller ID said "Wood, Kay"

Caller ID says "Wood Kay" but caller never leaves a message.  I've been harassed by a lot of  "home improvement" scam calls lately, so I assume this is just another one.  None of the places that keep calling will tell me their business address, or provide a valid callback number.  They all pretend that they know you too, which is complete BS.

A young man answered & lied about having talked to someone at my residence about a "possible home improvement quote," then I said I am not interested & asked to be put on their "do not call list." He said we can "possibly do that," so I said, "No, I am not asking you, I am telling you. Put me on your do not call list." He said, "Maybe we can do that but let me ask you first, when you decide to work on your house, will it be an interior improvement or exterior ?" I demanded to speak to his manager & he said, "That's not gonna happen," then hung up on me.

323-901-1903 getting calls from Wood, Kay three to four times a day. Solicitation. We are already on do not call list registry. This is a violation of that. In the LA area

I answered my home phone and said hello no one said anything so i hung up and they called again and hung up this happen all last week i wish they would stop calling
