The last complaint I filed with the FCC cost AT&T $20 Million!!

Question about telephone calls. I keep getting calls from area code 325 by DCS a collection Agency in San Angelo TX.
 I talked with the Mgt. Asked them to stop calling. Today again I get a call talked with the guy asked to speak with management.
   He said I have a right to call anyone. I said to him do you want to prove that point in a court of law. “My Lawyer is hungry can he have you for lunch?”

They have been calling me everyday since Jul 2008!.
 Now today something really STRANGE!!!

  After the callback I get another call unknown phone number. Next on my phone and on the Telephone Records
    The entire Telephone Transaction Log is ERASED!!!!

  Who is powerful enough to get into the Telephone System and erase telephone logs?
    The Government Police or Federal Agencies? AmDocs with the Billing System?
      Gangsters running operations within the Phone Company or the Mossad.?
 
   The guy did this after I reminded him to remove my phone from the list. I told him
     My lawyer would like to have him for lunch. He said “We can do what we want”
      I said “Would you like to challenge this viewpoint in a court of law?”

   He then did something after the phone call to erase the telephone transactions  
     Off of my cell phone and off of the telephone logs of the phone company!!!.

   It is now as if the phone transaction did not occur!!

   Anybody have information on who is this Company DCS out of San Angelo Texas?
    They appear to be a collection agency. Looks like a front for something else with
     Ability to modify telecommunications records.

  The first call will show the actual phone number and then an unknown phone call comes
   Next that erases the entire telephone records!!!

  Another strange event in August took a trip to San Francisco , Drove to Lake Tahoe.
   I get another one of these calls here. I  see a guy near me in a hotel. Talking on the
    Phone said This is the last place the guy is now seen. Someone can come Lake
    Tahoe and then disappear.  Later took a boat trip on the Lake here again DCS from
     San Angelo Texas calls again.  Next day take a hike up to a mountain top again
      DCS calls me again in the middle of the Forest. Seem like the calls are used to
   Track my locations. They claim they are a collection agency looking for some deadbeats.
    At this point I do not buy it!!

last four digits. This is one of the phone numbers that has called me a lot!!

there are two companies in san angelo, tx DCS and ACT, and if you owe a federal debt its your fault they are calling, and if you dont want them calling your friends, neighbors, and family then answer YOUR phone and stop running from it. if you just hear them out they are just trying to help you and let you know what is going on!!! you would think most people would want to know that their tax returns are going to be taken wo their permission as well as their paycheck garnished 15-25% wo their permission!!!!!! they dont even have to call you and let you know about it they can just send the garnishment order, so basically your wages and livelyhood is in their hands, so be nice!!! i suggest that if you owe a FEDERAL DEPT than you  should answer the phone and find out how they can help you!!!! oh and by the way your debt significantly increases the longer you dont take care of it, so you might want to stop this before your debt gets way way out of hand!!!!!!!!!!! so stop crying and deal with it and the obligation you signed to pay back!!! they have a right to call anyone they want and they arent solicitors so they dont fall under solicitor guidelines!!!

OH AND THEY ARENT ERASING YOUR PHONE #S OR RECORDS!!!!!!!!! They are a collection agency not the damn CIA!!! paranoid much!!!!!!

I got a similar call from ACT by some woman who wouldn't give me her name. She told me it was about my student loans and that if I didn't figure something out with them in 2 days they'd garnish my wages. I informed her that I'm already paying another company, whom I was referred to by the US Dept of Education, every month for my student loan. She kept pressing me as I told her that I was unemployed, so there were no wages to garnish, and that I have to use part of my Unemployment Check to pay them each month and I have nothing left to give ACT. Then she got really rude with me and hung up on me as I was asking her a question.

So don't jump to conclusions telling people to stop running and pay. There are hundreds of possible reasons why they might not be paying, or they could be in a similar situation as me.

This company, ACT, is attempting to scam people. They try to intimidate people with phony collection claims (with such tactics that "quitrunning" is employing, who if you don't already realize it works for ACT) in hopes that you will be gullible or passive enough to give them money or information. They have to prove that they own a debt of yours in written correspondence,and then not only do they have to notify you of wage garnishment, but they must give you thirty days to contest the debt.

Be careful, NEVER give your info to anyone over the phone. These bottom feeders need to prove that you owe money. Try mailing me something. I had a company call me over and over. Told me that I owed them over 300 dollars for something that was 7 years old. I asked them to mail me proof of this. They then said if I dont make an arangment to pay that it would go on my credit.
I went back and forth with them for weeks. Firts they said I owed them 300, then it was 705 and then 422. Please. Do NOT enter into a payment arangment with any of theses companys, that is how they get you. Never acknowledge a anyting you dont owe.
After going back and forth with this company, They told me that they had made a mistake, and in fact I did not owe them money.
I have reported them, as well as have my attorney filling suit agains them for Illiegal collections.
It is a shame that these companys can get away with this, by getting some to enter into a payment agreement so that it wont destroy there credit, wether they owe it or not.
ALWAYS be sure to get vallidation of anything these collection companys tell you you owe. They are ALL Bottom Feeders!

Got a call on my personal cellphone from some lady asking for someone I know.  I told them they had the wrong number, the perrson they were looking for wasn't associated with my phone number.  I asked her who she was and all I got was, "Heather from ACT," and "[ I ] needed to tell the person in question to call her back immediately."   I gave, "Heather," no information.

It's pretty messed up to harass someone who may or may not owe money and even worse to harass their friends/family/co-workers!

Be nice??? Doing people a favor???

Take a dose of your own medicine and tell your co-workers to be nice and stop harassing innocent people!!!! You people call innocent households that have NOTHING to do with the parties you are actually seeking and expect them to give him SSN, DOB, last known phone number and addresses for the individual without knowing the basics such as your true name and company.

Be nice???? Here is what would be nice.... If you losers stopped calling my cell phone, which I pay the bill for, for someone that I am related to by blood not by choice and had and have no involvement in their finances nor poor choices as an adult, and exhibited some couth and professionalism and represented yourself and business by name instead of operating under the veil of secrecy!!!! Now that would be nice!

And by the way... stop painting yourself as the victim here.... if you got a REAL job, that requires some sense and an education, you might not be stuck in some backwoods imbred town, making minimum wage, stuck in a cubicle with a dirty headset, chasing down people you are jealous of for having pursued an education. This number has been calling my cell anytime they want. the other morning it was 5:45am. They wont leave a message, they wont tell me who they are unless i answer personal info. I tell them i'm not giving personal info unless they tell me who they are. They call me every day. Somtimes twice. I love how these scumbags think that just because some random person from some random company or basement or whatever calls my phone, that i'm going to cooperate with their demands. Yes, i owe debts. No i cannot afford to pay them right now seeing as i barely make rent and bills and food and toilet paper and car insurance and soap and dish detergent and hospital bills and clothing and toothpaste and sponges And paper towels and yes the occasional candy bar because god forbid that i treat myself every now and then with such luxurious items. Is it my fault that my major costed me 30,000.00 a year, which is an atrocity to begin with, just to have my loans denied in the third year of college and i couldnt possibly afford to keep going unless i recieved help but couldnt find any? Or was it the ridiculous educational system that thinks charging 350.00 for a textbook that we only use a few chapters of and then it's useless after that year because it gets "revised" to the next edition? Or should i say "find a way to keep them from handing down books". How about not being able to find work in your field of study? What do you do when you find that the only job available in your field is four states away and you cant afford to move there nor do you want to? Is it my fault that when i signed those papers for those loans i was promised job placement from my college (aka interning for no pay for longer than you can support yourself on no income bc the economy has created a vaccum of companies not having money to pay hired employees so they "intern")? Is that my fault? Is it my fault that my loans have been passed around and purchased and sold so many times that i have no idea who really has them now and who is not a scam artist? I have talked to many companies and the amount i supposedly owe always changes depending who i talk to that day. Providing them with my adress will do nothing more than give them permission to cram my mailbox full of brightly colored threats in big bold scary fonts. I still cant pay them. I just cant simple as that. Necessities of daily life cost too much for me to be able to pay back tens of thousands of dollars right now. Maybe if i find a job eventually that will pay me for my education and not "intern" me for nothing. Maybe when i can actually get a job in my field of study and not have to take whatever [***] ten dollar and hour job pays my bills. Maybe then i can pay them. Whoever they are if they ACTUALLY own my loans. Until then i will keep getting by check to check, hoping my [***] car doesn't break so that i can make it to my [***] job, and yes, i'm going to eat a [***] candy bar if i want to.

This People doesn't owe them anything, tell them to go to the FED RES and claim it against the strawman's Corporation.  The name is also in copyright and if they continue to use it you can sue them in Common Law court for violation of copyright LAW.

Got a weird call at work from a rude person who refused to identify themsleves or who they worked for.  Had my name correct but a totally wrong date of birth and SSN.  Trying to fish out personal information.  Going to run this by our attorney.  Who ever this is they are a fraud.  Beware.
