Scam. Calling with mediation offer. They just pull ur info from online then say u owe money. Kept the lady on phone for 15 min wasting her time. Just start saying a process server will visit them at their place of business. I just kept repeating what she said as if i said it. Really pisses them off.

Mediation scam, same crap from yesterday

Received a call from this number today and the woman said she was calling from Antoni Pagano & Associates and that I was being prosecuted for check fraud. When I asked what for she hemmed and hawed and said it was for a payday loan from several years ago and I now owed over $2,000 to them. Even though they had my ( old) information I couldn't recall taking out a payday loan. She transferred me over to United Financial who said if I voluntarily paid it off in installments they would drop the charges against me. Wouldn't let me pay by credit card over the phone, told me I had to go to Walmart or CVS Pharmacy and send them a money gram.

Had my social security number, drivers licence number, and bank account number. Said that they were going to file a claim of fraud against me for unpaid payday loans.

Yes it is. They hang up on me when I ask for the information to be sent to my email or to even mailbthe documents to the correct address. Talked to 5 different people they hang up everytime I talk kegal just like they do.  When I ask for an address and a supervisor CLICK!!

SCAM!!! Beware.

I just had a scam call too!!  They told me I owed $927.38.  Please be aware of this SCAM.  I called the court house and reported as well.  They gave me a bogus name of Antonia Pagano Assoc.  "Steven James" was suppose to be the one helping me resolve this issue.  They can't give any information about the money they so call are collecting.  They will get caught before they get any money I pray!!!

I hung up on them!!  I called my courts to report them as well.

This is not a debt collector.  It is not an attorney.  It is a scam.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Offered mediation.  Could not under stand name.  These people never speak clearly!!

Most definitely a scam.  They say they have legal proceedings to scare you.

Got a call from Able,Miller Associates.said if I did not pay them $1,300 today I would be sitting in jail come Friday.have no clue what they are yapping about. Number was 330-277-5060

A scammer woman called me & said that she was from the fraud inversion department & I supposedly had gotten some type of cash advance & that she was going to pursue legal litigation against me lol I told her to go right ahead & she hung up on me that awful rotten ham called me from phone# 330-277-5060

I received the same call from them on 11/16/2016 telling me the same thing.
