keeps calling for the wrong person. Notified them that I just got this number and yet the insist on calling at all hours. I pay my bills why do I have to be aggravated because someone else doesn't?

collection agency. these people on the phone have very bad attitudes. they like hanging up on you. its like pulling teeth to get them to tell you what they want. these people need to find another line of work. making fries at mcdonalds

these creeps just tried calling me. Told me some paper work came across her desk with my name and social security number on it, and that I needed to call her back my 5pm. whatever, fly a kite...Only ided herself as Lela rimes.

Isn't it still illegal to make collection type calls to a customer's cell phone?

Got a call from this number. Have no idea who they are. Apparently people don't believe in leaving voice mail anymore.

They just called and asked for a name that we don't know. I told her that they had the wrong number and she asked if we knew anyone named that. I told her no. How long did we have this number, I told her 11 years. Then she tried switching tactics and said, I may be saying her name wrong, and she spelled it and like I would pronounce it right and prove I knew her. I told her I didn't know how to pronounce it. (it wasn't a common name).
Better be the last time they call and they better find whomever they are looking for.

This number keeps calling my house for someone i don't even know. They are ruthless and keep calling even after i tell them i don't know the person 20 times! i wouldn't give these people any info...not even your name!! They sound scammy!!

this is a debt collection agency...i wish that they would leave me the f---alone...they are very annoying...they should get a life...i wish there was a law to stop collection agencies from calling people...: (

I received a call from this number on my cell phone at around 7pm.  I typically do not answer the phone when I do not recognize the number, and acted no differently in this case.  Whomever was calling did not leave a message of any kind.

A man called here,said he was Michael Miller from prompt recovery services.He stated would settle 50 cents on the dollar on a $5600 debt,before I even said anything.When I told him I would be making monthly payments as we dont have that kind of money,he became abusive and said it would take 20 years to pay it off!!!!!!!!!  and threatened to seize our assets,garnish our wages and put a lein on our home.I told him thats all we can afford right now,wife lost job. Didnt matter to him.

Just got a call from them.  Apparently, when your hospital bill is way too much for you to pay off, the hospital you went to sends your account to this collection agency.  As long as you pay a certain amount each month, they will leave you alone and not report you to any credit bureaus.  I just happened to miss July's payment and, as long as you are nice to them, they will be nice to you.
