    Just call them back and ask them to take you off their call list.  They are very nice about it.  They call to renew subscriptions.  They were calling me about my Family Fun subscription.

    You call my house several times a day and just hang up when we answer.  I did called the number yesterday morning (after a call) and someone did answer and try to sell a mag.  I then asked to be removed from the list.  You called again in the next morning (again, just said a name and hung up).  I called again to ask to be removed and the called again a few hours later.

    It was bugging my why they would hang up everytime, but it just came to me while writing this.  It's because that way *I* pay for the phonecall instead of you.  That's just wrong.  I really hope you stop calling me, and I hope you change your practices.

    Fraud or not if they call me why not talk? I get a call EVERY night M-F and I believe I have gotten a few on a Sunday (that may have been another company though) I get noone. I say hello and get nothing. This is too frustrating. If you are such a reputable company stop pissing people off!

    EBSCO TeleServices, is a reputable company. I called the 3304922913 number back and spoke with a very nice lady there. She politely explained to me Even though we are on the national Do Not Call list, that we have done business with them within the last 18 months. However it was on behalf of a magazine i was recieving. I still was able to renew my subscription at a lowered rate, and still get taken off the call list. She also made it clear to me that it does take up to 24 to 48 hours but after that i wouldnt recieve any phone calls. i was glad i called back in they were very helpful!!!! :)

    I have been receiving calls from 330 492 2913 a few times daily.  I tried to answer it tonight but was not quick enough.  After reading other posts, I called the number myself & yes, it does state it's a magazine subscription renewal service & there was an answering machine.  I left my phone number & asked to please be removed from call list.  Keeping fingers crossed this works!

    Caller calls from phone number 330-492-2913 about 3-4 times per week or more.  When I answer, no response.  This is very aggravating since we have a large family with many grandchildren and we wonder if it is someone in distress, etc.
    We want it stopped.

    this number has called daily for 3 months. I re-registered my phone number on do not call-but nothing has changed. I filed a complaint. Contrary to what ebsco said, I don't feel we should have to call them to stop the calls. Just because I have a magazine subscription I am now subject to ebsco telemarketing?! The law is supposed to prevent this buying type of call. Talk about a huge loophole. I have never done business with ebsco and feel they have no right to harass me with daily phone calls. Luckily I have call blocking. I think everyone here should file complaints-I am sure if they get enough, this supposed loophole will be closed.

    Your excessive calls to my home as well as many other homes is called HARRASSMENT.  Stop calling.  Period.  Your telemarketing practices are annoying and cannot possibly provide you with any business, as I am sure I am not the only person that considers you a nuisance.

    These people call my home at least 5 to 10 times a day.  They never leave a message and they call at all hours...morning, noon, night.

    This number has been on my caller ID 6 days out of the past 8 days though they do not leave a message.  I have not been home when they call so no opportunity to tell them to stop calling me and to remove me from the list.

    Hey, Not taking up for telemarketers,they drive me NUTS!! but this worked for me.  All I had to do was call the number that called me.  She (Jessica) asked for the number they were calling.  She told me which magazine they were calling for.  I told her I let the subscription run out on purpose and didn't want to renew it.  She said thank you and she would take me off the list.

    I didn't win, I am on the do not cal list and they are still calling my home.  They have even called as late as 9 pm on Saturday AND at 7:30 am on Sunday (yesterday).  I am fuming over this.  What else can I do?

    This company called my home as late a 9 pm on Saturday and at 7:30 in the morning on Sunday October 5.  I am very upset that any company would call me on the weekend early or late.  I don't like them calling me at all.

    This number calls our business and we are not interested in them.  Caller ID is so useful, it lets you determine which calls to answer and which not to.  Whatever they are selling we are not interested so we just ignore them and let them waste their time and resources.  From us, they get nothing.

    I finally got tired of them and called the Magazine directly.  I talked to an executive's secratarty who sent me over to a Supervisor in Subcriptions, who sent me to a Customer Service Manager, who sent to the Client Satisfaction Director.  

    End result, Ebsco is a subcontractor.  I actually renewed my subscription before they began calling me.  I'm so peed off I was able to cancel my subscription and assured I get it for free now.  I really do not care it I get another magazine or not.  

    Overall they want my money.  I called the Company that hired them and logged my complaint.  I am confident that I am off the list now.  I also advised them to take a look at this site and the phone number and see who they hired to pitch there products.

    Never Answer!
    These people have called my unlisted number 20 times, One day 4 times within 1-1/2 hours.  Also called on Sunday; no respect!  I have been on the do not call registry since it started but people have a problem understanding the words DO NOT CALL.  I never answer and would never buy anything from anyone that calls me.  Because of people like this and the fact that the do not call registry means NOTHING to them, I finally bought a phone that blocks calls.  Peace at last.

    These are computer generated calls. The computer calls many numbers, and the first person that answers is who the customer service person talks to, and the others people called are disconnected. This is a computer, not a person. No one is purposely harrassing you.

    This is a computer that randomly calls customers. No person is calling your number and then hanging up, or not answering you. Haven't you heard of this technology?
