They have called me at work every day for the past week wanting to reduce our gas/electric bill

So I got a call from this company today in the last 5 minutes and I said hello 3 times and this person starts moaning in my ear. Like they are pleasuring themselves. I said that I was calling the cops and they hung up the phone on me

Maybe you should take advantage of it and the calls would quit!!!!!!

Company is a scam and will start lying to you if you try to wait and see what they want.  They will usually try to scare you into thinking the contract is ready to expire and claim they will shut off your gas when all it is is a scam so no, you don't want to talk to them.

I just say "no you don't. Thank You and I hang up.  If they call again I pick the phone up and hang up on them again.  I will not talk to them.  I've actually gotten a good amount of these scammers to stop calling.

They have called before this time left message saying they are calling regarding my Columbia gas bill.  Dummies, I live in an all electric apartment and have NEVER had a gas home.

They contacted our office today. At first, they mentioned Columbia Gas' name, but when I asked if they were calling from Columbus Gas, they wouldn't answer me. They just kept saying it was about our bill and needed to speak to Accounts Payable. The individual that called was from x35 (which she provided me). When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was given an individual named "Felicia Reynolds". This person refused to answer my question as to the name of their company. She stated she could only release that information to the account holder. I advised her that they had called us, and that they would need to identify themselves. She refused, but stated that she did. I advised her to remove our number from their call list and she became very rude. I called back the number for customer service, which again, didn't identify their company name, and was told Ms. Reynolds supervisor is someone named Leela. I requested a return call from Leela, but have yet to receive it.

The person that answered the phone when I called stated that they were an 'answering service'.

'Leela' has just called back and has also refused to identify their agency. This is an absolute scam. Professional organizations do not conduct themselves in this manner.

And you have not done it yet !!! Its a real program i did my companies gas accts it saved us alot on our rate.   You are already enrolled in the program no matter what so its something as a customer you are entitled to.
