No idea who this was but they had my full name. any ideas?

It is a debt collector for the Ohio Attorney General's office; most likely for college loans in default.

You might want to verify the call.  I doubt the Ohio state attorney general would be interested in a college loan default collection.  Demand proof of the debt in writing.

Actually the Ohio Attorney General is in charge of collectiong owed money if it is a state funded school. Once the school closes the debt they send it to the AG and oftent the AG sends it to a specific collector....

Actually I received a call from them collecting for back taxes.  I didn't even know I owed them.  I contacted the dept of rev and verified.

Got a call from the above mentioned phone number and I called back to see what it was about.  It was the Attorney Generals Office, looking for another individual who I would assume owes money.  Said they would take my number of their call list.  Were very nice about causing me any inconvenience.

it is the Ohio Attorney General .. they called me about money that i owe to a public collage.
