Got a call froma male faking to be a cousin. The person spoke Spanish and was asking for personal information.  WATCHOUT FOR YOUR IDENTITY!!!

Same as Ed above.  Received a phone call from a male claiming to be a cousin - saying he was coming to visit.  Called me by name at my home number yesterday and reached me by cell today!  Protect yourselfs!

claiming to be cousin said "coming to visit" then calls said he was in an accident needs $1000.  So dont fall for it

my poor 83 year old grandmother is receiving calls from this scammer. Stating she is her nephew and is coming to visit her. Hangs up calls again and says a terrible story about his daughter and they have just got into a horrible wreck n they need money.

this male call claiming the same thing he sounded  very friendly in a weird way . he will convince you that he is "the long distance cousin" and involve you to give him private information ...........

Same thing happened to me two days ago. He claimed to be a cousin, said he was on his way to Mexico (driving) from Canada and would stop by to visit us in California. He then said he would call me the next day when he was on the road. He called me the next day and told me that as he was pulling up to a gas station, his tires went over a pot of gasoline and when he tried to hit the breaks his tuck slipped and hit the car in front of him. That everyone was OK but that the little girl in the passenger seat of the car in front hit her head. He told me he would put the girl's father on the phone so he can ask me some questions; I agreed (but at this time I had a weird feeling). The little girl's father came on the phone and immediately I could tell it was the same person trying to change his voice. I just went along with it and told him that I was terribly sorry, that I had no money at all. He tried to convince me to get someone from the family to let him borrow money. I said OK I'll see what I can do. I hung up and didn't call anyone, of course. He called back about 10 min. later to both my house and cell #. I didn't answer and haven't heard from him since.

I feel bad that people have to resort to those things to get money, but I hope he gets caught and gets what he deserves.

This caller said he was my nephew  and tried very hard to convince me .But i had the last laugh .My nephew does not speak Spanish then he hung up

He that we were stupid but he is the dumb [***] for trying don't fall for this always ask plenty of question and you'll know that they are not no cousin

when they called me i told him that i had money, but i needed  prove that he was a relatived  i asked him a few questions my first question was what is your grandfather name and he just keep saying his name is the same i said the same as what he could not answer and got very mad and hung up SORRRRY I CAUGHT HIM AND HE GOT NO MONEY   YAAAAAAA I WON

Guys do not fall for this number I did and got 400 dollars from me report this number at once!!!

My dad received a call from this number as well with a Hispanic male claiming to be his cousin! Fortunetly my husband walked into his home while he was still speaking with them and they hung up as soon as they realized someone was there. When my dad started telling me about the phone call I immediately told him NOT to be giving any information. The things people will do for money! Ridiculous!

yea,real convincing. said he was my cousin on his way to see me. shortly after he called said he got in car accident,and he hurt a little girl in the other car. and he needed money to pay for hosp.sorry i said i am poor,he ended the call shortly after..he has the same story as everyone else..but he was very convincing..

This person called my father yesterday night saying he was his cousin, saying he was coming for a visit that he was going to pass by our house first than was going to head to West Palm. "West Palm Beach, Florida people be careful" today that person called my father saying he needed $900 because he had an accident with a Mexican in Tallahassee, Florida. Let all the Hispanics know to not trust someone who calls in any unknown number claiming to be their cousin or any family member. All these Hispanics working for many hours and getting little pay and for these idiots to steal from these people that don't even give their kids a dollar or take them to eat at least an hamburger.

this number just called me saying they were my step dads cousin so i fell for it and said he went on a trip and so he said he'd call back and if he had another number to locate him and luckily I didn't give no number but I called my step dad and asked him if he had a cousin with the name julian and he said no so now i'm kind of scared! scarier part was he knew my step dads whole name!!!
