Hung up on me the instant I told them the person they were seeking "was not home". Now in the blocked list of the phone system.

Did not leave a message.  Suspected telemarketer as no one has that number.

Calls started a few days ago, several times a day.  Never left a voicemail message.  Answered today and they asked for my partner who was not home.  Asked if I was his wife...no...I'm his partner.  Abrupt hang-up.  When I called the number back, it's "not in service".  Obvious scam artists, for sure.

Called me 8 times (!) between 4:06pm and 8:21pm on June 15th 15.  I never answered. [***], whoever it is.

An annoying IRS scammer.  I have reported to No Mo Robo.

they called asking for a person who was not available, so I asked what they were calling about and it was regards to magazine subscription, then they hung up.

This number called my home SEVEN times today! Never once left a message!!
After googling the number today, and reading these comments...I decided to answer it the 7th time!
The guy on the other end asked to speak to my husband (by his name)...I told him he was not home....he asked if I was his wife...I said I was.  He proceeded to ask me about a magazine subscription my husband had, and wondered if he was getting them on time.  I told him he was, and he goes on to say since the magazines are arriving promptly, they were extending his subscription at a special rate.  I said.... "well I don't think that is a good idea, I am currently passing the magazines on to my son....." and the guy hangs up on me....without even giving me the chance to say....BECAUSE MY HUSBAND IS NOT WELL AND IS IN A NURSING HOME!  :-/    Soooo...don't even bother answering your phone when this number calls!!  Obviously there was more to this call, and...I guess, maybe I didn't meet the response the guy wanted to be able to sucker me into something??  I just found his response to be RUDE, but..that's ok....now that number will quit callin me!  :-)  lol

BTW....out of curiosity....I called the number back.
I got a recording that said...."you have reached a non working number".
Really???  Funny how it worked for all 7 of the calls I received today!  Ha!

I think the scam is that when they "extend the subscription", they are asking for your credit card information - it's all a scam.  I keep blocking these numbers and get so tired.  So sorry your husbands not well- I'm sure these calls don't help!  Thanks for posting the details.

Thanks for the info.  It's probably a renewal notice on a mag  I take.

I've received numerous calls from this scamming number.  Since No Mo Robo blocks the calls you would think they would be smart enough to remove me from their calling lists instead of calling me endlessly....

(331) 200-8419 no message. I called back and said that the call would not go through.
