August 7, Saturday : I receipt a phone call from 1-331 926-4594. My wife took the call because of I Was ill on bed.
A man voice tipically latinamerican said in Spanish: "I am Roberto Alborna, the nephew of Juan Alborna." My wife answer: "I don´t recognize your voice." The person said: "I am with the flu." All the conversation was in Spanish. My wife hung up the phone."

Same as other. Person tried playing guess the person on the line.  It's family and you don't recognize?  When asked who they were, they hung up.  Obviously someone doing some ID fishing.

got a call from this number pretending to be a cousin that I have not seen in a while when I asked a question that only my cousin would know the answer they hang up..

Got a call. All in Spanish.  Said they were a cousin from our country of origin. They mentioned my mothers name (who does not live at this residence) and were trying to obtain our address "so they could visit us." When I tried to get their number so that my mom could call them back, they said their cell was new and they didn't know it. I knew it was bogus because all my mother's cousins have a different last names. The name she has is her married name. He would not give his name. All he would say is "you don't remember me?" When I supplied a name he acknowledged that was his name, but I had made it up, thus confirming my suspicions.

Same as above. Men with Spanish/Latin accent called saying: How are you? Guess who it is? I'm an uncle of yours who lives outside the state (Florida). And I do have an uncle who lives in Canada, but haven't heard his voice over a decade. Overall, the men tries 2 play "guess who's calling you" and plays all decent/warm living just 2 obtain person info about you. Beware of identity theft !!!

I receive this call  was Latino men I felt suspicion I am make some questions he cut.

Spanish guy called saying:
Do you know who's calling you?
I said: No I don't,  who is it?
He said: I'm your family and you don't recognize me?
Immediately I knew who he was and said:
Oh... Yes I know, you are the one from Mexico that
kidnapped my brother and wanted $500.00 as ransom, right?
He said:  I'm not from Mexico.
I said: You people have no shame, and hangup.

we got the same type of call.

Claim to be a family member that wants to visit you and tries to get your information, just avoid this number.

I got the same call twice on my cell and once at my work number, they basically had the same information, and is the two same guys that call stating either they are my nephew or my cousin and later on the call the youngest one states he is on the freeway and he has a problem with his tired and will call back. He does call back and says that he hit the other person and his six year old daughter got hurst so he asked to get money to pay for the accident because his insurance lapse. then the older guy wants information on your family member to get all information you give them and request money to me send in minutes to mexico. the calls are basically the same. i told them they have no shame robbing poor people and they should be ashame and get there lazy ass to work. ofcouse they hung up on me. then i got a tx from phone# 843-781-2886 and it just said eating wbu i will like to report them but dont know to who or how they are robbing people.

Yesterday received a call from this number, it was a man told me good afternoon who speaks and I told to anyone talk and said who speaks as no I gave my name man told me things of sex logico college, the speaking spanish.

Got a similar call as well saying it was a cousin to guess which one then he said he wanted to visit me but he had to get down to check his tier that he would call me back when he called back he said he had a accident after he hanged up and that he didn't have his Id and that the man that he crashed into had a daughter and she had to bee taken to a hospital but that the man didn't want to call the hwy patrol but since he didn't have ID or insurance he was going to have to unless I answered a few questions and I was like ok then he asked me who the guy was that I crashed into and I was like y r u asking that for and then he asked me who were his parentes and what where there names and I was like let me talk to him then I told him five me your addres where your at so we can go see u he was like no all I need is u to seend me money $1500 and I told him I was going to call his dad to give me 2min he was like no just tell me are you going to help me or not I was like I'm going to call your dad then he said never mined don't help me and hanged up I called his family after to check if he was ok and they told me that he had just goten home from work so people please be carful

These guys call my husband with the same freeway story and tried to get money. I mean wtf. These guys should watch it before they try to scam to wrong person:(
