A Spanish speaking guy in his 40's I would guess because of his mature voice, I notice he has a strong Central American accent. He called asking to speack to me calling me his aunt, he wanted me to guess hes name trying to find out if I forgottand of my family that lives outsid of FL. He knew my whole name and location, when I told him that he must be talking to the wrong person he acted as if I had offended him and in shock that I actually forgotten of my family outside of FL. He continue wanting me to guess his name, when I tell him I do not know who he is, he continued to go back and forth with me however my family is Central American so I did try to hang on a little bit longer before I just hang up the phone on him. I automatically knew that this was either a prank call or something this is just not normal for any of my family members to do at their age because he refused to give me his name and wanted me to guess I tell him he has the wrong number then he hung up.

This person called asking me to guess his name saying that I was his Aunt and questioning about my family. He got my address and said he was going to stop by the next day and not to tell my family.This is very nerve raking I don't know who this person is.

This is a type of "grandparent scam"

A man in his 40s-50s called our house from this phone number and claimed to be my fathers cousin that hadn't seen him in 40 years. Since my dad has a lot of cousins and didn't want to offend him he continued talking to him. My dad noticed that he didn't have an accent from our country (In Central America)The guy wanted to surprise him so he didn't want to give him his name and had my dad guessing. The guy knew my fathers cousins names and asked if he didn't remember any of his family out of Florida. He said he would be stopping by the next day. The following day since early in the morning this guy has been blowing up phone asking for my dad when my sister asked him who he was he said our uncle. When she asked him what her name was he said he didn't know. So she asked him who his mother was and he said she didn't know her and hung up. Beware this guy is a scammer.
