they are a scam!!! be careful!!

They keep calling me about a check i owe to chase. I filed a bankruptcy.

They left a message with a case number. it's a debt collector for sagamore who provided payday loan services in 2011, according to them

They just called and left a message about a case and to call them back if I do not wish for further action to be taken. I get calls like this all the time. I never answer because I know it's a scam.

First this number called one of my elderly family members looking for me, this person had my uncle believing enough to give my number. They have called twice leaving messages of a civil complaint filed against me. This last message stated they will be contacting the Human Resources  Department of my employment.

really the Human resources? do they not know that is a department of a company to get a job? or deal with job related issues? IDIOTS

they have called me several times saying they have a case against me.  I have then turned the tables and have called them so many times within an hour and now they hung up on me.  They say they are ARG or NIC (National information center)

They call me from this number and another with my maiden name and some other person whom I don't know... Its a scam

I just received a recording from 334-218-3892 saying I just had a case filed against me and provided a case number saying I must call them back immediately or they will contact my human resources department at work. Then she said "good luck".  I don't have any bills and haven't done anything to be sued for. I'm sure it's a scam.

Called left message for me using my maiden name saying I just had a case filed against me and provided a case number saying I must call them back immediately or they will contact my work or at home then wishes me luck. Nope not buying it I am in good standing with everyone this is a scam!!!

Received a call from this number yesterday stating my name and a case number and ended with "Good Luck."  Very unsettling at first.

recorded message said the call was for ________ and the case # is ___________. Waited on hold and now filing with the FTC.

This number has called me for the last two days saying a relatives name and leaving a case number and claiming they are processing a complaint order and that the papers would be sent to the home or place of employment. Total bologna! Scam call!

If you have no business with them and do not have any legal debts you can take them to small claims court in your state.

This # has called me 5 times everyday over the course of 1 week.  They also called both my parents in regards to my dad's name saying they would show up at my place of work or at my house.   2 of the times they repeat a name I don't even recognize.  When I call them back they don't know what I am talking about and hang up on me... scam

Wife got two of these calls from different area codes but the same voice and the "good luck" message.  They were on the same day just a few minutes apart.  They did ask for different people.  Whomever it is traveled about 2000 miles in a matter of minutes.  Must have a Nash Rambler stuck in second gear.  I think it is a case where someone is lacking in common decency because they were breast fed by their father.
