No clue - calls, leaves no message, number shows as "Not in Service" so was obviously spoofed. Awarded with a special place in our call blocker. I've responded to unknown unidentified callers from fake numbers (pick any one of those) exactly zero times in my life, and today's not the day to start.

Called and caller ID said Clayton AL.  Don't know anyone there.

So, "Rachel" has created a new number.  This automated system for my "Final notice" on Credit Card reduction has called me daily for 6 months.  I finally got the old number blocked and it starts again with this number! Hey Rachel...Final Notice means you are not calling anymore....so STOP!  I'm not buying into your scam!  I have no credit card debt and you are not there to "help" you are there to steal credit card numbers.  Not stupid!

Do not pick up the phone!!!!  If you do you will get even more of these SCAM CALLS!  Report them to the FTC (FTC.gov), not the FCC.......the more complaints they get the more likely they are to actually DO something to stop the calls so people will stop bothering them.  And do not call the number back.....you are just generating even more scam calls when you do that.

I figured this was a "Rachael" call.  DID NOT ANSWER - NO MESSAGE LEFT!
They have now resorted to using bizarre area codes from the arm pit of the United States - Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia -  because people are now blocking entire area codes!
I have to say that this is one of the few area codes that we did not have blocked - BUT THEY ARE BLOCKED NOW!
Sorry Rachael - you will have to find a new area code to call from.
Currently we have over 200 area codes blocked.  When you block an area code potentially, you block 6 - 8 million phone numbers.
Buy a call blocking device that can block entire area codes!

Just received a call and blocked/reported this number in the truecaller app, potentially saving thousands of people from being bothered by these scum bags. Great day for me, bad day for them.

No message.  Just silence.  If it is blocked why does phone still ring

Exactly what I did months ago, blocked all area codes but ones I expect to receive from. I get on average 2-5 calls a day everyday but Sunday (for whatever reason they don't seem to call on Sunday). I've been blocking this way for over a year now.. It's very effective.. now occasionally I need to get a call .. easy enough to disable the feature and put it back into place.

Recorded call from Stephanie from Card Services.  Pitiful excuse for a scam line.  Hung up and didn't let her finish her speal.

CARD SERVICES wanting to lower interest rate on credit card.   No opportunity to opt out only touch 1 to talk to an agent.   Called me today on my cell phone.

I don't even answer calls whose ID I do not recognize.  If the caller is legit,  a message will be left.  These bogus callers never leave messages.

By the way, who in their right mind would want to do business with a business that uses such underhanded methods of contacting their 'victim'?

Same thing here. I have reported with no help from state. I am on do not call list for landline and mobile. I do not answer anymore either. I started a journal of dates and times called..and where call originated from if you ever get any help..please contact me because I have a very in depth journal of all their calls. Thanks. God luck

The card service scammers   WILL   'service' our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!
