This is a scam trying to sell a house that's not theirs.  Please be aware not to give your personal details to this scammer. He/she's tryw to rent a property in Bladensburg, MD. I almost fell for it.

WOW, I thought so. He is also trying to scam in Waldorf via Craigslist. Renting a townhouse for $1000 with all utilities included. Too Good to be true. I checked into the property and its being rented thru a Realty Company for $1595 renter pays all Utilities.  Here is the name and email address I got. "DADE PAYTON R TERRI C" <tdadepaytonr@yahoo.com> Shame trying to rip families off. Good luck people.

This time he used the owners name and made an email w/ yahoo using to rent a house here in the Denver area. Same SCAM.....house w/ untilities that was under a property management company for much more. If it is too good to be true, it usually is.....How sad.

Apparently they are now trying thier luck in Virginia Beach, VA now. What turds.

They are also trying this in North Las Vegas, NV 89031.  I was confused at first because I looked up the deed to the home and all info matched.

They certainly are trying this in Denver NC. So sad that people are crooks. Very clever though, they are using the Owners name, so it seems legit. They are also saying they are renting because they have relocated to Alabama.

That's funny.. He made his way down here to Tulsa, OK now... Same concept.. Asking lower price than realitor company.. Want someone to "live in it and take care of his house". "Send me $1600 and I'll send you the keys from my new home in Alabama". Like everyone else said, "too good to be true".

Well now this person is doing the exact same thing in Mandeville, LA. I grew suspicious when I received an email from him/her and there were tons of spelling and grammatical errors...almost as if it was written by someone who is not a native English speaker. Also, the deal was too good to be true with a low rent and all utilities paid. This person told me the same things - looking for someone to take good care of the place, had just moved to Alabama, etc. Complete scam!!

Watch out Waxahachie Tx. Same here so glad I looked up the number. Was thinkin well he seems legit but aparently not. Duplex for rent all bills payed. No one does that  around here. Western Union me the money. People are crazy crazy crazy.Thank You Jesus for the red flags flyin.

Yeap!!! Orlando is not an exception. They're trying it with the same = all utillities included, saying that the reason why he is renting the 3bdr / 2br house in 800.00 is because he got a transfer to go to work in Alabama and they're looking for someone who can take good care of the house. What it got me suspicious was this part "I spoke with my wife about this and we thought it would be good if you can make payment through western union to my wife`s brother "... OK, WESTERN UNION TO MY WIFE"S BROTHER????? I looked up the phone number and Bam! here I am. Thanks!!!!!!!!

I can't believe this!!! This just happened to me, my husband & our 3 daughters...same thing, his work relocated to Alabama and he needed somone "to take care of his house like their own." Arlington, TX.....there is something horribly wrong with this person...Thank God for this website!! I googeld the phone number and it brought me here right before I emailed him back....

Just happened to me with condo for $800 in Woodland Hills. All utilities included, sent us application and then said we were approved & they wanted to send us keys right away- were not able to come see the house- wanted us to Western Union money to her sister!  Thats what got me. Said they were relocated to Alabama. Glad i found this site! Will report it to Craigslist right now. Stupid people i wonder how much money they make.
