i recived calls from this number claiming that they have a hold on my social security number and that i will be arrested tomorrow.....there is no hold and it is a SCAM

How did you figure out this is a scam?

I got a call from this number 334-539-3289, and 202-506-3289, these people are crazy. They called my job and  now my place of business is curious about what's going on, and they were blowing up my cell phone. I caught on to the fact that it was a scam once I got off work and put two and two together. People please be aware from fraud, with Indian accent. They told me to put 791 on a green-dot card.

Scammers...said police are coming to my house to collect a payday loan...what loan??? haven't had a payday in over 23 yrs btw!!! abusive scammers

Same thing happened to me. I am reporting them to the FBI Fraud division however due to international laws I am unsure if they can do anything. will keep you informed also note if you receive a call from all 0's its an internet port using VoiP and its them as well.

Just called them back at the above number.  Severe echoing and said I was calling back for  my daughter whom they called her at her work number!!!  He verified her last four digits of her SSN and when I tried to tell him they were on a list for fraud he stated "F___ you [***]" and hung up.  He stated his name was Jim or John Dean..

just received a call from this number and it came up auburn university al.  said his name was jack and had an indian accent as thick as manure.  these people need to be put out of their misery somehow.  don't answer any calls that i don't know who they are! hope they get what they have coming to them for their fraud. i file all calls under threatening calls and am turning them over to all the proper authorities.

Just got a call from this number to my workplace! I got another call like this last week from another scam artist, which freaked me out until I looked up the number. Thank god for these websites! I called back and the guy, who had an Indian accent (I'm Indian, so I recognized it) asked if he could call me back and I said no, and like the above report, he said "F---- you then!" and hung up. I'd guess this is some kind of international scam but who can they be reported to?

I just recvd a call from this number stating that I was gonna be arrested tomorrow at my job because of some bill idk even know what they are talking about but freaked me out to know he had my information. John Dean with an indian accent was his name. After asking him a bunch of questions about me being arrested tomorrow, I guess I made him mad and he said" forget it I'm not helping you, you will be in jail tomorrow" and hung up! Now I'm super confused.. but I am so glad I googled the info and found I am not by myself. Now what do I need to do to report his ass!??

Constant calling, and when I answered on of their calls a guy with at heavy Indian accent stated that me and my associate were going to be sued and I better not ignore his warning. I told him to f__k off and that I was reporting him to the FBI. These ass wipes should never have seen the light of day in the first place.

This douche has been calling for a week now leaving messages saying he needs to speak with myself and an attorney? Wtf. And then he left one today sounding soooo threatening. His name is Sheldon from some division? Idk. Whacky. Not sure what to do but I'm really annoyed.

Threatened to have me arrested if I did not comply with the case explanation.

they called me today and said they were sending cops 2moorow with the paper work and iam steal thinking wat loan my husband dont even no how to use a computer ill be wating for them and i will keep u guys posted

This is a scam. The caller may claim to be calling from an Auburn, Alabama firm named McNeal and Douglas. The law firm McNeal and Douglas was closed in December, 2011. They are no longer in business and are not located at 1710 Catherine Court as the caller may tell you.  If you have received a call from this number, please contact your local authorities and file a complaint with them. The caller may also tell you that they will be sending the sheriff out to your home or place of business to arrest you. Please check your local and state laws to verify the following information, but to my knowledge there is no state in the United States where you can be jailed for owing a civil debt. These are false claims and are being used to scare the unknowing into providing credit card information or some other means of access to your information in order to defraud you in some way.

Again, please contact your local law enforcement in order to report this matter immediately.

I had three different people call me from this number, Jeessica Anderson,Eric Smith and Robert Nice. All saying I owed money and the police will appear at my work to arrest me. I'm so thankful my work is aware of scam.
