This company may be related to a now defunct company called Kitchen Carolina.  The latter ripped off hundreds of NC homeowners and left them with half-finished kitchens and the expectation that they still had to pay the entire balance.  Proceed with caution.

I work for Kitchen Carolina and this posting came up when I was searching for something.  We do not have any numbers resembling the said number above.  Our business has closed it's doors, but we ARE continuing to do work.  Just because we no longer operate from an office does not make us defunct or a ripoff.  If you call giving people a luxury kitchen at half the price a ripoff, then you have a different meaning of the word than I do.  NO ONE has been left with a half finished kitchen unless they have breached their contract with us (such as not paying us, which is part of the problem leading to us going out of business), in which case we cannot finish until the issue is resolved.  Why don't you post pictures of the "hundreds" of "half finished" kitchens on the web.

Seriously you are going to paint Kitchen Carolina as the VICTIM?  I doubt if the 100 comsumers who complained to the BBB and the NC Dept of Justice would agree with that.  By the way the NCDOJ  and the BBB is investigating this 'new" kitchen company that is remarkably similar to the defunct Kitchen Carolina to see if there is any connection. It will be interesting to see what they find. Anyone who wants to learn more about the track record of how KC treated their customers just google Kitchen Carolina Scam or put the number 336-578-3500 in this site and read  18+ pages of customer horror stories. You do not work there! You are robbing yourself, and you know why we are saying that. 100's of kitchens are half way done 'cause you said that you have a backlog and that is why you are not taking any more jobs.
Backlog as a result of all your subs walking out of the jobs for non-payment.
Your employees said that themselves in the police report after the so-called robbery on 12-02-09.
Also tell us why the BBB revoked your A+ and why the NCDOJ and FBI are investigating your bogus business practices.
And by the way, why do you keep changing names? First (as far as I know) was Dealer Staff then Tile Carolina then Kitchen Carolina and now American Kitchen.
Everything you say in your American Kitchen website is the same you said in the KC website!!! HAHAHAHAHA

There was no breach of contract on my part.  

I was delivered a pile of boxes, when I had a contract for a complete kitchen installed in 12 days (minus floors & backsplash.).  

Thankfully, I did receive a credit to my GE Money Bank account.  However,  it is not for the amount I felt was acceptable.  

Finally, 3-17-10.  (start date 12/29/09)  I have completed the install of my granite counters & cabinets.

Please represent your company for what it truly is,  a cabinet reseller.  I believe Kitchen Carolina(KC), got into a contract with me just get the bookings for cabinet delivery on the ledger (earning themselves a discounted price by commiting to purchase a large amount of cabinets).  

I firmly believe KC never had any intention to install cabinets & counters in my home.

Perhaps the new iteration of KC, American Kitchen Corporation, will deliver on its contracts,  but considering the track record.....

What a joke. The owner and all employes don't have a clue whats going on in kitchen design and remodeling. Rob Selfors is out to get the money for himself. Typical used car salesman, talks a good game, but full of ####. all the girls are just yes girls, saying what you want to here over the phone. Anyone wanting to get a new kitchen stay away from these crooks or anyone affiliated with them. Be warned!

you were probably one of the installers that put cabinets upside down and unlevel and them wanted to get padi for the mest up job that had to be redone. If anything installers like you that lied about their experience to get the job, were the reason for the fall the company.

First off you need to go back to school to learn how to spell b/c you suck.

the truth is that KC does not have a clue of kitchen cabinetry, Rob Selfors started with dealer staff, then Tile Carolina, then Kitchen Carolina, then American Kitchens and now Immediateimpactimarketing.com why? 'cause you Rob Selfors are trying to cover your tracks, but as you can see we know who you are, and we know that you keep an eye on these sites and you keep posting as an employee but no employee is going to take time to post in here in your favor, and no customer is going to post in here knowing what you are doing
