Got a call from this number, and don't know who this person or company is.   In the message says they are some type of investigation and they left some type of case no.  Wish they would stop calling and harassing me.

Record voice calls and reports there is a litigation filed where you are the respondant and must appear.  states there is a restraining order and that you must call back and are required to appear.  I have turned the call over to my local FBI office as the company phone number shows it is in North Carolina.

Received a call from 3362830327 with a recording stating there's some type of litigation filed against me and that there's a restraining order attached to it. The recording gave a file number but when I tried back multiple times I was unable to get a person on the phone. I did a google search of Global Litigation Group and contacted the number listed for Global Litigation Group located in California. The gentleman I spoke with said he's received multiple calls in the last couple weeks with concerns similar to mine. He said someone may be attempting to use their name and they may move forward to have this investigated. I gave him my name and number if they had any questions regarding this matter and my next step is to report it to my local FBI. If anyone finds out anything in regards to who these people are can you please update us? I will do the same. Thanks!

We received the same type of call from this same number - i called the number, a man answered and as soon as I stated I was calling to investigate them, they hung up!!!!  THE FBI should PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THEM!

I just got a call from this number and they left a message that told me all the same things you all are saying. Then when I got in contact with someone, the lady was totally rude and asked me for my claim number and case I.D. number and all that. When I told her that I didn't have that information she told me to replay the message I was given and call back, I then told her that I couldn't replay the message when I answered the call and then connected to their office. She got really rude and then told me that the name on file was...well...not mine! She told me well, "Good luck then!!" and hung-up on me. This call scared me even though I know I've done nothing illegal. They need to stop with these calls to numbers that don't belong to whom they're trying to "prosecute."

We got a call from these people and when my husband called them back they tried to strong-arm him in to paying money saying that they had a settlement against us. My husband told them where to shove it. Everything from the message left to the phone number the caller used is the exact same as stated above. Sounds to me like a big fat SCAM!

I have also received a call today, I have called back 20 times and all I get is a recording. There are 3 choices to choose from and each one doesn't answer. What the heck is this?  I am thinking it is a collection company or something.

**update for everyone receiving these calls** I finally got through to a woman who referred to herself as Emma yesterday who basically tried to strong arm me as well. When i refused to give her any info other than the file number they gave me, she became very nasty, stated "fine good luck in court" and hung up. She used a name of an old credit card account that I had and was closed and paid off years ago. Too many red flags!! Long story short, I spent the day investigating and following paper trails because I no longer have the paid in full/closed account letter. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! I called them again this morning and very vaguely asked for a fax number, since the woman yesterday refused to provide a physical address for their office. I've spoken to both the NC FBI and am waiting to hear back from the Attorney Generals office. I hope they investigate this and stop who's doing it. Times are tough for everyone and not everyone will see these red flags and will unfortunately fall victim. If enough people call and complain maybe they will.

i just recieved a vm from this number stating same as all above but i just called the number 3 times and says not in service???

Experience was exactly as reported by Annoyed except recorded caller asked to speak to a person not associated with the number called.  I really would not like to receive any more such calls.

I recieved a call from this number as well with the same message as above.  Scary thing is they called my father with the same message with my name!  How on earth would they have my fathers number?  I have never put his name and number on anything!!!  What is this??

My parent recieved a call a couple days ago stated within 24 - 48 hours will be filing suit you need to get your Lawyer ready, waited for the recorder to finish then the phone hang up. What is this?

I recently received a VM from this number and after several attempts finally reached a woman who gave me the same lines, I had an outstanding loan from Money Mart Payday Loans. What is frightening is that she quoted my SSN correctly along with my address. I refused to send money so she indicated a summons would be in the mail in 6-10 days. What is being done about this?

Received a call from this number stating I had two days to contact my attorney for a restraining  order being filed against me. Restrain this!

Got a call from this number. left a voicemail about some litagation, something about a restraining order. gave a case file # an told me to pass it on to my attorney. googled the number, and found this site. figured it for a scam.

Same as above except the person they ask for was a deceased relative in law. I told them they could find her ashes at the cemetery, and that I too was recording the phone call, and they better take me off their list.
