Called my cell no message

I have no idea who this is, and don't know anyone in North Carolina.  They called my cell number that I rarely give out (and only rarely get telemarketers on), but didn't leave a message.

Scammers trying to get your identity. Called my cell saying my credit card was offering 6.5% interest. Warning: Didn't say what credit card. Wanted to press 1 to "verify" eligibility. They would then ask for your personal and banking info. Could for nothing crooks whom I sincerely hope smoke cigarettes so they can get cancer and DIE!

answered thinking it was someone else. it was a recording saying it was heather from accounting about my credit card. i hung up. I WOULD NOT ANSWER!

Just now got a call from this number, I don't know anyone in North Carolina and no name came up with the number, so no one I know, I didn't answer, going to block the number.

I just had a call from this number too. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I'm glad I looked up the number! Leave us alone!

Just received a call from this number.  An answering service came on asking if I wanted to lower my credit card interest rate and they saw that I currently had an interest rate of 10%.  I clicked 1 as instructed.  A foreign man came on the phone and said that they saw that I had been making all of my payments on time and wanted to offer me a lower interest rate.  I asked what card and he said Visa.  Then I asked what company he was from and he tried to stall and said Visa again.  I asked again what company he was with and he hung up on me.  Scammers!!!!!

I just received a call from this number but I hung up

Called twice before, they are offering some kind of discounts for credit cards, I have no credit cards, when i told them that they just kept on talking i told them again that i had no credit cards they hung up

Received hang up call on my business mobile line.  Will block.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone on 7/31/15 @ 4:24 pm EDT. Did not recognize the number and I know no one in North Carolina so I did not answer the call. No message was left. Glad I did not answer after I read the comments here!

Called around 1:00 PM on "limited used" cell phone restricted to 100 min/per month.  We don't want solicited calls placed to our cell phone as it costs us if we go over 100 min/per/month.   Then their is  "unwanted" activity or solicitation that comes from such calls.  PLEASE BLOCK AND STOP THE PERSON(S) making such unwanted and unsolicited calls!!!!

336-436-9092 called my personal cellphone in the afternoon of 7/31/15 during an lunch engagement.
I know "NO ONE" in North Carolina, and have been pestered by other telephone credit callers (consistently) and believe the above number is another one of those credit or scam callers.

We don't do credit anymore (certainly not over the phone), and these scammer/nuisance maker calls need to be STOPPED!!!.

Please help me close these unwanted scammer operations down.   If not your "personal" help, then please help provide their whereabouts and "personal" phone numbers (to me) so that I can call them in the middle of a good sleep!

I continue to call the Federal 800 number to complain, and am collecting detailed data to turn these nuisance makers into authorities.  WILL YOU DO THE Same?

Claims to be Heather from Card Services and this will be the "Last Time" I receive this offer to lower my interest rate . After pressing 1 with no delay a non english speaking person picked up the phone and told me that because I've made 6+ months of payments on time. I gave them NO INFORMATION about me. They were able to verify the company my card was through and a rough guess on my balance that was very close. They said they could lower my interest rate to 6%. They then asked me to verify the expiration date on my card, to which I told them I don't have the card on me and that I would call back when I got home. The guy then told me that I couldn't call back because this was a special offer and only he could call me back later. I told him to call me later and added the number to auto reject list. I'm calling the bank and changing my card number.

Saying they want to talk to me about my credit card balance.  I do not own a credit card.  So I feel this is a scam.
