this company keeps calling even though we tell them not to. what can we do

If it is your cell phone, save them in your contacts and set the ring for them to "no ring".  TThat way they never disturb you.  I have 5 numbers for them all saved under the same contact as mobile 1, mobile 2, home, work, and one under fax.  Also, if you put a Z in front of their name your contact list is not cluttered up that you have to scroll through.  They are out of the way at the end.
