The worst telemarketing scam! The are Business Improvement Technologies out of NC. They will call and ask for the owner. If you don't give them the owner's name then they get downright ugly. I told the person to take us off their calling list and told them to stop calling a business line. Borderline harrassment.

Caller calls our company, requests to speak to owner, when the owner wasn't available caller became irate and very rude saying he knew the owner was here and we didn't want to give the owner his call, then he hung up. This caller calls our place of business every morning around 8:45 am and this continues to this day. As a business our representatives do not have time for these types of games, nor do we like the harassing phone calls.

Same issues as other comments listed. Very rude when you don't let them talk to the owner. Said "you are gonna lose your business by not letting us talk to him",has called every day for last week at 10:15 am. Today we called # back and spoke with "Manager" and he said he couldn't track them because we didn't have their "names" (Which they won't give you)told him we were not stupid that they certainly could track them via call cue on the computer. Told "manager" to take us off the list and we were contacting BBB etc. and filing reports.

As the GM for Business Improvement Technologies, I would like to sincerly apologize for the phone calls. We use a contract Telemarketing Company to generate leads for our salesforce. I have visited the company and expressed my anger towards them tainting our good name. Please feel free to call me personally and allow me to apologize directly to you. (336) 540-8822. It is our goal to achieve and maintain 100% customer  satisfaction rate with potential as well as current customers.

Shannon just called from Bit out of NC and was harassing me by calling three times in a row all because I told her that the owner was never in the office and that we really were not interested. This is the most disgusting telemarketing company ever.

Our company has received calls from Shannon every day for the past week or so.  She asks for the owner by a name which he never uses so we knew right away it was a telemarketer.  I have asked her not to call continuously and she just called again this morning.  I have called Pete Beeler (listed above) to complain, but the receptionist wouldn't allow me to speak with him.  If the calls continue, I'm calling the Greensboro, NC police to report telephone harrasment.  Incidentally, Shannon left a cell phone number on one her calls.  It is 336-987-4316 (in case anyone wants to call her!)

We have received a call every hour on the hour every day this week, from a guy named John.  He says he's returning a call to the owner - His secretary (who he claims takes poor messages, by the way) left the number on his desk to return the call. When I asked for his number - he was always getting ready to leave & didn't know when he would be back. Every time he called, he acted like it was the first time. It was actually pretty comical - I finally asked him to stop calling, after about 4 days - He said he would make a note of it.  Well, he must take poor notes as well as his secretary, cause he called back twice. Now - it's not funny anymore - We're not interested JOHN!

I hung up. They called again with in 2 minutes, with same results. Again
I hung up, and called the number back, asked about calls, and was told they would call back. NO THANKS, don't need this junk. My number is listed on
the DO NOT CALL LIST, but they are not paying any attention to it from
the looks of it.

We have received multiple phone calls from a woman named Shannon.  She repeatedly asks for one of our managers, who is rarely in the office.  Both me and the other secretary have asked if there is something we can help her with and she says no.  She asked for another number to reach him at.  I asked her point blank today "Is this a solicitation" and she said NO which I guess is obviously a lie.  We don't have caller ID so the numbers she left are 336-540-8822 and 336-987-4316  Company name BIP..

They called asked for owner rudely. As owner, I asked "what is this concerning?" I was rudely told "I need to speak to the owner" and hung up on. Classy operation.

They call EVERYDAY! And she has started getting rude wtih me. The last time she said, "If you won't connect me then I will just call their cell #'s..." WTF!!!! IF YOU HAVE THE FREAKIN CELLS THEN STOP CALLING ME! LOL

"Dave" called today and asked for owner claiming he was told to call regarding a personal matter.  Became very sarcastic when asked what this was regarding.  Asked if someone was the actual owner, refused to tell him unless he told me who and where he was from.  He replied..."Boy, I guess Homeland Security is actually working." lol!!!! I asked if he would like to leave a message in the owner's voice mail and that the owner would call him back if he wished, Dave abruptly hung up on me!  So, please Dave, don't call again!!!!!

We have ask them to stop calling us but they have not.

nice try.. I did not pick up the line...try again tomorrow..lol....

We, too, receive calls from BIT every day, and every day they hear the same thing . . . the owner isn't in, he won't be in (semi-retired), and she'll need to speak with me regarding whatever she's calling about. She said that she can only speak with the owner and hung up.

I called 336-790-7454 and asked exactly what type of company they are. I was told they sell and install security systems. I told her that we consistently get calls from their company at least once a day (we have multiple lines), are not interested in a security system as we already have one, and politely asked they stop calling. She not-so-politely said, "Well, the manager is the only one who can make those decisions." I said, "Oh, really? That's not true here. I can make those decisions, we have a local security company/system and do NOT need your company calling us trying to sell us something . . ." click - she hung up on me. LOL

I have had several calls from this guy who insists on speaking to the owner, whom I accidently called by his name.  Now this "PEST" calls as if he knows the owner and insists he has left numberous messages and he must not be getting them as he has not heard back from him.  The last time before today that he called, he asked me if I was the owners wife, when I politely told him no, he asked me if I had ever thought about it and then he hung up.  Today, he rudely kept insisting on me giving him the owner's cell phone numbers and said this was about security and that his name was "Merit" but would not leave me HIS number for a return call, said he had left several messages all week and has not heard back from him.  I told him I have all the messages in hand and no Merit had called.  He asked me how do our customers place an order if the owner is never in.  I just told him, they go through me too and set up an appointment and ask would he like to set one up.  He said no he would just find another route and told me to have a good day.  I guess that was nicer than just hanging up even if he was hateful.  I guess???

Company keeps calling every five minutes but when I answer all I can here is people talking in the back ground.  I called back and asked them to stop and some woman just laughed and said "oh we'll call you back."

Shannon from BIT Services keeps calling here acting like she knows our owner, telling us she's left his cell number on her desk,could we give it to her again. (Nice try Shannon!) I have called the number the GM gave in a previous post and asked to be removed from Shannon's calling list and they were very polite, but Shannon called again that very same afternoon. Shannon, for all that is sacred, we are not interested in you company or your service, please stop calling. Our owner is also a police officer in his spare time, please don't make us take this any further. Thank You

They call numerous times in a day and keep calling day after day.
