They get new DIDs from time to time to try dialing people from numbers they've never seen in an attempt to get them to pick up the phone.

These people are real [***], I did some research about them and found links and links about bad comments about them.

AKA: P & B Capital Group, Phillips and Burns LLC, P&B, PB Capital, etc.

They keep calling harassing me for someone else asking if I know them, saying that that person left my number as a point of contact after telling them 15 times that I don’t know this person they told me its in reference to a legal matter and that I need to get a message to that person.

They had so many negative blogs about them under Phillips and Burns llc that they changed their name to:

They are a scam and they are a collection agency.  The owners are SEAN, RYAN AND FOR THE FLORIDA OFFICE ITS BRAD. They went to the point of using BRAD BURNS as a name when the registered name is BRAD SPOORS

Be careful of this company they have lots of lawsuits out there for abusing people.

These guys pretend to be attorneys.  They are NOT attorneys.  They are debt collectors.  Treat them as such.

I actually did not receive any calls from this company, but 'Brad Sutton", from RJA Capital has managed to leave messages about me with just about all my friends and family, not sure how he got their phone numbers, but he did. I called him this morning to find out who he was, and why he was looking for me, the call back number he left is: 607-231-8060...He has got to be the most unprofessional person I have ever came across, screaming at me, threatening me..I explained to him that I honestly had no idea about any of the information he was trying to give me, and to please send me some information by mail, and mentioned my rights under the FDCPA, I think that is what set him off, he proceeded to scream over me, threatening me, not letting me speak at all, and basically told me that the sheriff would be contacting me, and good luck. If "Brad", and "RJA Capital" was legitimate, they would not need to use threats to intimidate people into paying them (which is illegal), and they would have absolutely no problem sending the information by mail (which is required by law under the FDCPA). I am 100% sure that I don't owe any outstanding debt, and I have not written any "bad checks" as he tried to claim. This company needs to be shut down, as they are using illegal practices to try and get money out of people.
