But what professional company calls another business and doesn't leave a message

Called my biz didn't leave message

It's a vonage internet phone number

Called and left a message. They do collections.

Yea. They said. They are collection agency  if I want to use their services   The guy said his name  ZAC.      I told him I don't need them. All good by me. And I had to hung up

Called looking for the owner or AR. I informed him neither were here so he could leave a message or he could call back at another time. He chose not to leave a message. I will VM or hang up on him from now on.

I returned the call, and I am sorry that I did.  I asked them not to call me again nor to sell my phone number, and the phone conversation went in a very negative direction.

They left message about "a couple of overdue invoices".  When I called them (Fontenot & Parker) back, it turned out that they wanted me to hire them as a collection agency-there were no overdue invoices. I didn't appreciate the misrepresentation.
