OK SO I HAD THIS COMPANY CALL ME THEY SAID A COMPANY IS SUING ME FOR 12,000 BECAUSE SUPPOSEDLY I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THEM WHICH I SUPPOSEDLY NEVER PAID FOR AND AFTER 3 MONTHS A MEMBERSHIP WAS ACTIVATE WHICH THEY NEVER EVEN TOLD ME ABOUT.THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL SEND THE CREDIT BUREAU TO MY HOME IF I DONT MAKE A CREDIT CARD OR PREPAID CC PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE.THEY SAID IF I DONT PAY THEY WILL DETANE ME IF I DONT MAKE A PAYMENT AND THAT I WILL NEED A LAWYER READY.I CALLED BACK AND TOLD THEM THAT I NEED THERES COMPANYS ADDRESS AND A LETTER STATING WHY I OWE THEM AND PROOF THAT I ACCEPTED A MEMBERSHIP.THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND ME AUDIO I KNOW FOR A FACT THEY NEVER OFFERED MEMBERSHIP FOR PRODUCTS.SHE SAID THAT THE ADDRESS WOULD BE IN THE MAIL 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS SHE NEVER GAVE COMPANY NAME OR ADDRESS THEN I TOLD HER THE POLICE IS INVESTIGATING I WILL NOT PAY A DIME UNTIL I HAVE A WRITTEN LETTER SHE HUNG UP SOON AFTER I TOLD HER THAT THE POLICE WILL LOOK INTO IT THEN.

They seem to be targeting non-english speaking people stating we owe them $ for products we never recieved or ordered. Instead of having to pay $12,000.00 if we agree to pay today over the phone it will only be $2,000.00.  They seem to call every month from 339-337-3105 phone number stating they are calling from the California's courts but the number shows them in Florida. They also call from 310-341-2464 number and just recently a 815-935-6248 number.  They give me no other option but to file a police report with the local police department so they can investigate this matter further.

After some research the 339 number is from Cohasset, Massachusetts (managed by Level 3 Communications, LLC.)

The 310 number is from Los Angeles, Ca (managed by Broadwing Communications, LLC.)

and the 815 number located in Kankakee, IL (managed by Illinois Bell Tel. Co. -IL)

i'm in the same spot they said i owe them $1400.00 for something i didn't oder , i don't even have a credit card so no idea who they are
