No message left, but caller ID says Blog Talk Radio

This caller ID was Blog Talk Radio.  I answered it and a man answered and started in "How are you doing"?  I told him my number is on the do not call list and I was notifying the authorities and not to call me again.  He then abruptly hung up.

Lots of people talking in the background. I believe the caller said he was from "One Touch Solar." I asked to be taken off their list and blocked the number.

Call all the time--am also on the do not call list--don't recognize the number from the ID--don't answer the phone!!

Caller ID BLOGTALKRADIO.  Did not answer. No message was left.

Punjabi Telemarketing Scam.  Calling from India and spoofing the caller ID to trick people the calls are coming from the USA.  They say they are selling solar panels (yawn, dumb Punjabi) we know you are a SCAM.  This is the same crime syndicate that operates the Microsoft Windows Scam telling you they are calling from Microsoft and your computer is infected, they gain assess to your computer and lock it till you pay them hundreds of dollars.

These Indian callers are generating leads for USA based solar companies. Received call today from obviously fake name "Jerry Smith" and fake Caller ID -- "+10800444233."  May learn tomorrow who the Indian caller sold the lead to.
