This Alex Parker is always calling my work phone. I want him stop.

This is a scam!! Other numbers being use are 404-974-9150, 970-177-2501, and 760-378-5708.
If you get called from these numbers hangup!! They claim to be all kinds of people but they are scammers. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION WHATEVER YOU DO!!!

I got a call from a guy claiming to be from some ACLS place, something Consolidated Legal Servcices. I didn't answer the call because it said out of area with no listing, but the guy left a message claiming there were "affidavits" against my name and my social security number and to call him back or I'd be in trouble. Of course I didn't call him back. Watch out!

Hey..Just got a call from William Turner again with ACLS with affidavits against my name and ssn...when I called him, he did not answer any questions, all his answers were evasive...he could not tell me who he was representing, he kept asking to verify my last 4 of my social...I ended up hanging up on him...then he called my work today and when he was told that I was not available, he asked to speak with my boss...what gives?  Who are these people? I have contacted all three credit reporting agencies and put a flag on my social security number...what else can be done?

I just got a call from them as well. SCAMMERS. They claim that I took a pay day loan but I didn't. Said they made a deposit to my account in November. I pulled my bank statement and no deposit from them. Threatened to take me to court. Scary. And they keep calling. What can I do?

got a call from this number at my work and he use the name Alex Parker and he told me that I had a loan and told him I did not and that I was going to report him to the Attorney General Office , he had all my personal information and wanted me to verify it and I did not , I told him that I was not giving him anything and I hung up.

Is there anything I need to do and how to get them to stop calling me.

He has changed his name to Max Lewis and is from PCS Prestige Consolidation Services.  Very abusive calls. Have found very good information about this type of scam on this site under the phone number 1-631-209-6009 posted by Keith Bradshasw on sept 2, 2011

Called my work. Tried to tell me that I had borrowed money and that if I didn't pay that I would go to jail. Then asked me out on a date. Reported it to the BBB and will be putting a fraud alert on my credit report for them to watch for these criminals.

I keep getting a call from Enrique at 347-286-7156.  He won't leave me alone and now he is calling my work number.  How do you get them to stop???  Help!

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I keep getting a call from a man name Eddie Johnson he has a India accent, with an American name so when i call this number back a man answers hello.  When i ask for Eddie Johnson he said this is Max and I am his supervisor so you need to deal with me.  he tells me i am going to be arrested and sued cause i owe someone called cash advance America money.  I told him i would contact the company to see and he hung up on me.  they keep calling me at work.  I don't know how to get him to stop.  If anyone knows what I can do to get they to stop calling please let me know.

This person by the name of Richard Spencer with the phone # 347-286-7156 said I had a loan with Advance Cash USA in May of 2011 and they would take me to court and have my check garnish, I ask him for paperwork showing my history with Adavance cash and of course he could not produce any paperwork. But sent me instead  a letter with a settlement breakdown for $500. he said he would called my job. I did take some payday loans, but not one of them is called by the name Advance cash Usa and futhermore, these are 4 set of people who have called me in this manner asking for money and stateing they will take me to court.

I got a call from them at work today - When they don't get me on my cell they call persistently on my work line.  They've threatended to keep on calling until I get fired or I pay them money for an advance that I have never taken out with them.  They have called me from several #'s, the latest are: 347-898-2342 and 347-286-7156.  I've already done a police report AND reported them to the BBB and FTC but they continue to call.  The only way I have gotten the calls to stop is by having our IT person block these #'s (of which this will make the 5th or 6th one to block).  They are frustrating and persistent and real jerkfaces when they call.  I've told my bosses AND our HR Dept to tell them that I no longer work here and they STILL call!  They're goal is to steal money at whatever cost!

these people keep calling saying that I owe for a loan that I didn't take out, said i would be arrested and lose my job and spend 6 months or more in jail. Its such bull so I don't answer my phone, but they call my work as well, I wish they could be stopped!!!!!!!!!!

My husband got this same call last night. We called the police to report it they did nothing. Useless people. The guy on the phone cursed at us, with an indian accent, and claims noone can do nothing to them. THIS IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST FRAUDS, ABC did a special on it. DO NOT WORRY AND DO NOT GIVE THEM any information.

This was Reggie on the voicemail saying I was in danger of going to court for a serious matter. There was suppose to be a $500 loan that went into a Chase account that I never had. He also had an old address for me. He called from 234-387-4623 but its not a working number. He left a call back number of 347-286-7156. When he realized he was caught he hung up on me and kept hanging up when I called back. I blocked my number and he answered. Then hung up when he realized who I was.

I also called them back over and over blasting "who let the dogs" out in the speaker phone. That got em pretty upset
