Guy called a friend of mine and said that he was looking for me (thick accent) and that it was fraudulent. I called the number and he answered hello? I said who is this and he said James and that he worked for the legal dept for ACS and that I had legal action that was going to be taken against me in the next 48hrs over a payday loan. I NEVER had a payday loan. He told me my address, where I worked and where I banked. He kept asking me what I would like to do. I told him I wasnt sending him or anyone else any money!!! This has SCAM all over it!!!!! My friend said that the number that came up  on her phone was 000-000-0000. BEWARE!!!

I received a call from 000-000-000 from a guy with a deep accent stating I took out a payday loan and his name was Richard Wilson and his call back number is 347-292-8536. He threatened me with legal action and a law suit if I didn’t pay within 24 hrs. This scam must be working…because I could hear other representatives in the background. This shows that there is a team of illegal scam rise on the rise.  The scam arist knew my last four of ss#, place of employment, and the bank. This could have been information submit on an online application. DON’T BELIEVE THE SCAM…CALL YOU LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT!!!!

I wasnt even at work for 20 minutes this morning and I get a phone call asking for me at my work and they guy had a thick indian accent with a hispanic name, red flag right there, I informed him that I did not work on Fridays and I would be back on Tuesday, he then goes on to say "she was expecting my call" so I guess I will call her on her cellular phone, funny thing, nobody has called my cell, yet!! I have filed bankruptcy so I dont know what this idiot is referring to! I think I will be calling and emailing my attorney! I am waiting for this s.o.b to call back so I can go postal on him!!

Dont waste your money on an attorney. You need to report this to the FED...that's one of  thier jobs is to locate these types underminded fools. The guy that called my phone had an arabic type of slang english and his name was Richard Wilson...come on now!!!

Called back and after a while of back and forth he told me to "go f=c= my mothers Pu++++" So i called back 6-7 times, just to annoy them.....

SO I LOOKED THE NUMBER AND YES IT IS A SCAM, FELL FOR IT ONE TIME, BUT DIDNT TAKE BUT 300.00 WHEN TTHEY TRIED TO TAKE MORE I SAID WAIT A MINUTE, IVE BEEN WITH MY BANK FOR 19 YEARS AND I WANT PROOF THAT I TOOK OUT A LOAN WITH YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER, NOT CALLING  THEM BACK BUT WILL LET THE FED KNOW OR THE POLICE DEPT. AND NOW IF I DONT KNOW THE NUMBER I DONT ANSWER.. THESE PEOPLE ARE TOO MUCH. ACCENT IS SO BAD!!! ITS BAD WHEN YOU GET A PHONE CALL FROM SOMEONE ON YOUR CELL AND YOUR SCARED TO ANSWER IT. I HOPE SOMEDOES SOMETHING.

I just got off the telephone with this who called himself Steven Mclain, I got so piss because he's calling me talking about I have a lawsuit against my social security numebr and I asked him how the [***] can you have a lawsuit against a social security number and he said he told me. He couldn't give me the company name from which i was being sued or the reason so I went smooth the [***] off and he hung up. The number also popped up ooo-ooo-oooo and got the same call back number.

I got several phone calls from this number yesterday same guys with heavy accents called my job and everything threathing to hav me fired and sent to jail for a cash advance loan that i don't have with this company this need to stop or they need to found and send to jail for this type of harrasment.

just  got a call  from this same person with phone number 00000000 stating that i owed 300 dollars from cash advance usa.  i asked him so many questions he couldnt answer i told him that i recorded his message and that i was going to the cops.  people please do not fall for these wicked and evil crooks do not give them any information about your self. they are a bunch of crooks and and i hope to god that one day they will be caught and be punish for their wicked acts.

this is a scam number and they were going to arrest me for a loan I didn't even owe. I'm tried of these people calling me constinely and I wish they would just stop because they are driving me crazy with these calls.

My father was also contacted by Richard Wilson, 347-292-8536. If it is obvious that this is a widespread scam, he appropriate agency will be more likely to promptly investigate.

Call came into office for a person, from a blocked number, stated His Name was Nick Foster, from Law Firm ACS.. very heavy India Indian Accent
Call back Number 954-639-9159. this was at 10am..

Rec'd a call later on from "Shawn Johnson", very heavy India Indian accent, left Number as 347-292-8536.

same thing happend to me calle dmy job...thank god me and my employer are too smart to fall for this...i got the same run downa bout a pay day loan that i never received...i also filed a police report...

I got the same call today. The arabic sounding gentleman called and said I had an arrest warrant against my social security number for a payday loan from Cash Advance USA. I told him that I applied for one, but never got it. He then proceeded to tell me I was a liar and I did get it. He knew my address and various other information. He said I needed to pay $300 today or I would be arrested within 48 hours. I told him that I would just be arrested then as I wasn't falling for his scam. He then told me that he would come rape me and kill my mother; all the while I could hear other people in the background laughing. I told him to go run his scam on someone else as he wasn't getting a dime from me. He said hold on and then another foreign guy on the phone and he said Hello I am with the sheriff department and I will arrest you. I said a few choice words to him and hung up. They have called back 7 times since then and I answer and hang it up immediately. Their number alway shows up as 000-000-000. I am in the process of filing complaints with the necessary authorities.

Guy with a heavy accent called and left a message on my cell!. Claimed I was a primary on a document that a particular relative owes money on. Call said I could be held liable. Statements didn't match personality traits of said individual. Called my relative, let them know of situation. They respond nervously. The same situation occurred last year! Same Guy! They ignored the constant calling and it stopped. How did this person contact me? I didn't even have the same cell number last year! Last year he called for my relative at work and at home numbers. Never cell. Totally paranoid now we have families to take care of. If your the person calling please stop. And to investigators, hope the info helps.

The other person mentioned (T), said same Guy had called constantly over two months last year. Called the work# and home #. Then stopped. Later, when T checked messages today, he had called a few minutes before calling me! Number on caller ID also read 000-000-0000. I am not happy. We will be documenting calls. I heard other men, at least two, in the background of my call. The fact that these individuals have as much info on us as they do makes me quite paranoid. People may have families to worry about. If you are the caller please stop. Your actions will have consequences at some point. To investigators I hope this information is beneficial.
